New renovations make this location a much nicer and more sanitary restaurant than it had been in the past. Food is delicious, especially the French Dip and Chicken Sandwiches, but a bit expensive for fast food. Drive through is adequately managed.

You know those restaurant ads that show huge delicious looking sandwiches and such? Then you get there and it looks like they sat on your burger/sandwich and it has ½ the meat as the picture? This Arbys has consistently been the closest to their advertised food of any chain or branch that I have ever had the pleasure to eat at. The sandwiches always look almost if not as good as the pictures. And taste just as good. Just had the 2 for $ 5 gyros and I’m stuffed!!! Keep it up Fort Gratiot Arbys!

Expensive fast food. I never go to Arbys without a coupon. I always remember years ago when some magazine ranked fast food chains on cleanliness Arbys came out at the bottom(Taco Bell came out near the top). So they still have this stigma with me of being expensive and unclean. Anyway, hasn’t kept me away entirely. If you like coffee the Jamocha shake has been a long lasting classic. Their newer(last five years or so) coldcut sandwiches and chicken sandwiches are pretty good. I’ve enjoyed their onion petals and jalapeño poppers(with bronco berry sauce) but haven’t had those in so long I’m not even sure they sell them anymore. Oh yeah it always bothers me that you have to ask for sauces and sometimes even then they forget to put them in your bag… gah! Horsey sauce is one of the things that I have always liked about Arby’s — a creamy watered down horseradish sauce. As a kid I used to enjoy the roast beef sandwiches, but the roast beef seems so fake and reconstituted to me now, that I hardly ever get it. reconstituted beef with plasticized cheese sauce — ok maybe if i’ve had a few drinks – I guess I like their gimmicky food better than their staple the roast blech…
