I was a bride in Lexington, Michigan on June 27, 2015. I was very disappointed in your customer service at
. My flowers were not EXACTLY what I ordered. The flowers were supposed to be long stem and an Orange Ribbon on the bottom. I got short stem flowers and a white ribbon. I called to let you know and your response was you could come back to Port huron and they could re-​do them. I let you know I had no time and was already ½ hour away. I ask you to drive them up to Lexington and your response was, «it was not that big of a deal». I will never recommend your company and will be sharing my story with every Wedding site I can find. I am sticking to the facts and you did not care enough. I would hate another bride order flowers from you and you screw up her flowers and you don’t care to go the extra mile to fix the problem. I know there are plenty of other Flowers company’s out there that would had took the extra steps to fix the problem.

I brought in my own vase and they created a stunning arrangement for my mother’s 93^rd Birthday Celebration ! Her favorite flower is yellow roses. They are never easy to get this time of year and they went to great lengths to get them in and on a tight time frame. All the guests at her party commented on the stunning arrangement ! I noticed the date of the other review and it was some time ago and now there is new management ! SO … give them a try !

I too also received the wrong flowers on my wedding day — nothing even close to what I wanted. I was devastated and totally regret not going to one of the more reputable floral shops. I complained and all I got was a gift card back to the shop, which I promptly threw out.

Just to make a long story short… I had my wedding flowers done here. My wedding was the same day as an employee of the flower shops wedding. I think this is partially why I have a bad review. But we were over charged and contacted the florist after the wedding and they never responded or refunded us. They also gave us entirely the wrong kind of flowers… yes they were beautiful but not what I wanted. I never wanted a refund. I just wanted a refund for the double charge of delivery. I also just wanted an apology and after several attempts of contact they never responded. I do not recommend this business for anything. There follow up customer service is very un professional!
