Immediately when entering, you are greeted with a shop of décor, clothes, soaps, toys, candy, and other items, in a bit of an antique shop. Next, to the hostess stand. The hostess here has always been kind and willing to help with a smile, a great start to the meal. Finally, to the table. I often order the sunrise sampler for breakfast, and the meatloaf for dinner. Both are delicious, and while waiting, there is checkers and the leave-only-one peg game. The sunrise sampler is one of my favorites for a reason. It has a portion of each item: eggs, biscuits & gravy, bacon, sausage, ham, and hash brown casserole. All are perfectly seasoned and tasty with a country cookin’ feel. The meatloaf is the same way and never fails to impress.

Have had the Haddock fish dinner at 3 or 4 different Cracker Barrels and it’s been excellent every time. I highly recommend it… The fish is lightly battered and you get 3 sides of your choice. I like the mashed potatos and green beans.

This location in Port Huron is great. Clean friendly, good service and great food. The one in Roseville should stop by and learn a couple of things. The saltiness of the biscuits with the sweetness of the honey… mm mmm mmmm

3.5 stars without the great staff. I really like the food here. It’s consistent throughout the chain, and the gift shop has some interesting things. Being able to play games when you get bored is a nice addition!

Amazing food and unique atmosphere full of antique items on walls and great service. Prices are very reasonable. Try cabbage soup and aged steak — they are to die for!

My friend and I stopped in last night because she said their meatloaf is just as awesome as her mom’s(I tried her mom’s– it’s amazing!) We were seated immediately and just as quickly as we sat down Mark came over and took our drink order, told us about the daily special(rainbow trout) and told us about a few more menu items. My friend and I each ordered the meat loaf dinner with mashed potatoes, mac n cheese and sliced apples. Our food arrived pretty quickly. Lots of food! The mac and cheese was extremely cheesy and reminded me of stoffers but better! The mashed potatoes were pretty good, just like homemade Thanksgiving dinner. Meatloaf had tons of peppers and onions throughout. Lots of flavor. Was nice that it wasn’t caked in ketchup so we could add our own if we wanted to. We tried the apples but they were fried apples and we asked for fresh sliced apples. They tasted like apple pie filling. I’m not big on apple pie but Mark offered to get us new sides when he noticed we didn’t eat much of them. Props to him! He took really good care of us. Service was excellent. You get a lot of food for your moola and even have leftovers to take home.

I have been here twice and it was absolutely horrible, the service was fine but the food was tasteless, if your looking for a lot of food with little to no flavour then here is the place to be.

Family-friendly restaurant. A short distance from the famous Blue Water Bridge, this is a favorite stop for many American and Canadian travelers alike. Take I-69 to the end and merge with I-94 towards Port Huron /Canada. Follow signs to I-94 Exit 274 Water Street. This area has been undergoing major road construction and relocation, so as you take detours and temporary roadways, there may be some difficulty getting to the restaurant. Caution is advised when trying to locate their driveway. The signage out front at the road isn’t the best. Other than that, if you have ever been to any other Cracker Barrel Restaurant, you will recognize this cookie cutter layout. It is a successful arrangement that generally works well. Sometimes too well, as you might have to wait for a table at other locations. The food is southern /home style. The menu is always the same from store to store. That said, there is plenty to choose from. They also have daily specials. Check their online menu for your favorites. As in my past experience with Cracker Barrels, they are always pleasant, with good food and warm atmosphere. No complaints here! The employee training must work well, too, as the wait staff is consistently attentive from store to store. Thumbs up for this Cracker Barrel!

was always curious to try this place. closest one to me is in roseville on gratiot and 13. went here unexpectedly since i was hungry again and wanted to grab something before a trek back home. saw this on the road right by i-94/69. i figured why not since it seemed like the local places were prolly closed by now(it was past 9pm) and the bf wanted a steak. food here DEFINITELY made up for the disasterous lunch at red pepper north. bf ordered 8oz sirloin steak, med-well with steamed carrots, hash browns and tossed salad. bf picked for me the summertime salad, which consisted of grilled chicken breast, tomatoes, cucumbers and a «spring mix» sort of greens. we shared everything(like we usually do). everything was really good and i would definitely come back here, bf agreed too. now i have a reason to venture out to roseville…
