Went in today cause it was snowing heavy I had a jacket on with a book bag and was covered in snow. I wanted to clean myself off before I ordered something to eat but before I could I heard the manager Sandra I think her name was say here’s another one who’s coming in and not going to order which just pissed me off so I ordered a coffee and left. I will never come back to this place again that was rude and uncalled for and whatever her name was can go screw herself

Was here with my mother in law on 12÷14÷15. She had taken me for a colonoscopy at the hospital and I needed some lunch. She was very impressed with the freshness of the Whopper Jr. and the taste if the fries. What I like about BK is that you can see into the area where the food is prepared… with so many food tamperings hitting the news, seeing into the kitchen gives me peace of mind.

The hubby and I decided to give this place another chance. I’m glad we did. A few years ago, the previous store was demolished and a new store was rebuilt a few feet from their previous location. The new store is clean and bright. The staff is fast and polite. We shall be eating there again.

Wow half hour wait time here at lunch! Line was practically out the door. The chicken cranberry wrap was horrible. They were on the phone trying to get workers in.
Very disappointed. Port Jervis deserves better.
