Ming Moon

This is not the best Chinese food I have ever had but it certainly was not the worst.
What I didn’t like:
I like the food in styrofoam boxes or the traditional white take out pail. Ming Moon gave us one dish in a two piece plastic container and one in a aluminum rectangle tray with plastic lid. The white rice did however come in the white take out pail.
We ordered a chicken dish and a shrimp dish. The chicken dish was not spicy enough and the shrimp dish had shrimp that were much smaller than I was used to. The containers are small and don’t give you what I think is a good value for the money. The rice was a bit stickier than I am used to getting. No fortune cookies in the bag with the food. The other place I go to throw them in and I like them.
Hubby went to pick up the food. He said there was a female running the show and she was quite vocal and cracked the whip on the employees. Would I go back again? Maybe to see how the fried won tons are since my favorite place makes them horrible.
