I have been going here for a while at least once a week.
I brought in a brand new pair of slacks, i got them back with a huge tare. When I came back in with the slacks Mr. Clean swore I brought them in with the tare and took zero responsibility. He said he noticed it when he tagged them but still washed, pressed and charged me for them.
He would rather lose the customer than make right on his mistakes.
