This is an amazing hair salon. I was pampered from head to toe. The staff is amazing Rochelle Sara & Hailey you all made me feel so comfortable & like I new you already with the talks we had. Thank you so much for making me feel very comfortable & welcomed. I had an awesome day with you all & will never forget the talks we had. Rochelle is the best stylish in Texas. I recommend this place to anyone. I found my new hair salon thanks to you ladies see you in 3 months.

Worst salon I have ever been to. The stylist don’t give enough time for each client. What was suppose to be a simple color and trim turned into four hours with her working on three other people. I felt out of place. The prices are outrageous and when you question your prices the girl at the computer looks at you like you are trash. What is suppose to be a relaxing time turns into them pushing things from the shelves onto you, even after you say no. I understand educating people but they need to understand when no means no. With the prices of your services the last thing I am going to do is spend $ 48 on a shirt that isn’t even made of great material or a product that isn’t even something I like. The person who is considered the «master stylist» and was my stylist was scatterbrained and more focused on when her lunch was going to be ready instead of what I had to say. I had to call my mother to pick my kids up from school because my appointment at that was not over within a reasonable amount of time. I am not even pleased with my color. What was suppose to be just one color all over is very patchy and she didn’t even have me down for a brow color and wax even though I called and scheduled it. I did not bother to even say anything because she was running so behind and I had to leave. My application was suppose to be on for 30 minutes as I heard her say, timer went off 30 minutes later and she ignored it. After sitting for an additional 10 minutes she then came and looked at my hair and said it was looking great and had a different person wash my hair who hurt me repeatedly. As I sat on the seats in the «waiting area» for the 40 minutes I noticed flies were on the snacks they had at the front. This is all around a bad atmosphere and don’t let their head neck and shoulder massages fool you, it’s not relaxing, the salon is very loud and not pleasant. At the end of my appointment I wanted to just pay to ridiculous price and go home to help my kids with homework but they wanted to pressure me to look around the clothing section. They asked if I wanted to reschedule then looked appalled when I said I have to wait. After being there for 20 minutes I knew I didn’t ever want to go back.

Rochelle is the Best Stylist in the area. I drive 45 minutes for her to do my hair. I have been using her for 12 years. Strands has 1) Quality– cuts & colors last 2) Service– they go above & beyond to take care of you; ie. complimentary stress relieving treatment, complimentary coffee & cookies, etc. 3) Bonus– Boutique has up to the minute trends & styles.
Rochelle documents your color so they know what you are asking for when you tell her to do It like last time. (I love that!!!). My other favorite thing is that she takes the extra step to make your hair, your crowning glory! Always courteous & professional.
I can’t Rave enough about this salon.
