Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery

By far the most unprofessional medical staff I have ever seen. Dr. Lindsey Mach does not know how to speak with her patients and is very rude and arrogant. She began to lie to me a number of times on how she can’t write a specific prescription that she wrote for me my last visit, quite a few months ago. She was very quick with everything and didn’t give me a good answer for anything I asked. I was probably better off giving a bum $ 5 to check my back and point out the obvious about my acne problems. After the poor visit by Dr. Mach her Medical Assistant that was in the same room observing the follow up, came back in the room and decided to yell at my mom saying that if she was unhappy with her. She should go see a different dermatologist. We were in complete shock on our way out, I’ve never had such a poor, unprofessional doctors visit in my life. I will never step foot in that office and I wouldn’t recommended anyone to go here. There are plenty of better dermatologist in the area.

i almost cancelled after reading the reviews but they were so few i gave it a try. i am glad i did i had encountered 2 different receptionists, young and very pleasant. they put me with Lindsey who was very obvious she knew what issues i had no problem and i had several and she knew what to do right away. i had a spot removed and did not even know she was done. I WILL be back as i have full confidence in her with my care. thanks for a great experience because you were in competition with a very patient and thorough doctor in celebration, fl. YOU DID GREAT

Lindsay Mach, PA-​C is a very competent cosmetic injector. I received a Botox treatment and am very pleased with the results. Lindsay observes expressions to ensure that the Botox cosmetic is strategically placed for the most natural look. I highly recommend Lindsay as she makes you feel at ease and is very experienced in her field of expertise.

I have had 2 visits at Advanced Dermatology, in Port Orange; one with Dr. Joseph Lucas and one with Lindsay Mach, PA-​C.
Dr. Lucas was unprofessional and disrespectful. For a man in his late seventies, he was remarkably immature. I have entered a more detailed review of Dr. Lucas here on Unilocal under his individual name.
By contrast, Lindsay Mach, who is a Physicians Assistant, was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
