He said come right in when I called. He solved my power cord problem in less than 5 minutes and it was half the price of a universal power cord at Radioshack. I had a Toshiba laptop with cracked screen and called most of the repair shops in Daytona area. By far the lowest estimate was by Bit Bucket. They replaced the screen in five minutes for $ 85.
