I came here to get 5 pairs of jeans hemmed and the lady who helped me out seemed a bit confused on how to pin the jeans. I probably should have walked out right then and there. She told me the price and I came back to get my jeans she told me the wrong price and it was about $ 10 more.
Now that I try on my jeans they are still too long!!! I call the Main St. Brooke Cleaners (where they send all alterations) and tell them the situation, and they refuse to help me, and let me know that I can bring them back but I WILL HAVE TO PAY. Aare you kidding me? I have to pay again for a job you didn’t do right the first time. Def will not reccommend this place or be going back. Crappy service and worse customer service!
