I took my son there and everything was ok on the dental end. My big complaint with this Dentist is that if you have any money leftover from a service or your insurance company ends up paying after you have paid for a service and generates a refund they just keep it «on account» for you! No invoice or note even sent to you stating that you have a credit with them or a refund check generated after a reasonable amount of time. They just keep it! We had over a hundred dollar «credit» with them for well over a year and had no idea it was there. None! Then when we called in to schedule a unexpected tooth removal for my son we found out. Otherwise, we would have never known about it at all. When I asked about this policy of theirs she stated «we just hang on to it in case you need it later». What?! Can you imagine if every company did this?! We just happened to have that service before we moved to AZ and discovered our credit. What would have happened to that $ 100+ if we hadn’t had had that service? They wouldn’t even know our new address. Would it be our fault because we didn’t request a refund on something we didn’t even know we had? I thought maybe this was a mistake so after the tooth removal (second service) we called back about 6 months later and there was a credit for $ 13. Again, no way of knowing. We had to request our refund for that and give them our new address. I know it’s only $ 13 but it was our $ 13. I wonder how many other clients have a «credit» with them and have no idea or will never be back?! Seems like a very shady way of running things if you ask me. Stick to dental work and issue refunds when they are generated. If I wanted an account with you I would set one up!

This place is amazing! The staff is warm and friendly the Dentist was wonderful. So perfect for kids. The Dentist even did a magic show for the kids after. Every kid will love coming here. And aside from all the cool kid stuff the Dentist was the frist one to come up with a good game plan to fix my sons teeth.
