There is little documentation about your child’s day — so don’t send children who cannot speak yet there. In general, the staff are very rude and disorganized, so I wouldn’t send any kid there. They made up rules on us and when I asked for documentation of the rules, they couldn’t produce it. Cecia, the manager, treated me with disrespect about this worker — I guess it’s ok to side with your workers but the way that she would say things — she shouldn’t be in a field that requires working with people. I left my son’s things over the weekend(when Robin asked me to) even though they refused to admit my child after the weekend. Robin, the toddler teacher, claimed she didn’t tell me to leave supplies with her … I guess this was to justify her stealing my child’s wipes. Then, it was weird because she tried to get me to say some things that weren’t true in front of her boss…. I am glad my kids survived 3 days there. My older one said it was«boring»(I guess they don’t engage the children like our usual daycare does). My younger one who cannot speak would uncontrollably cry when he saw Robin. At first, I thought it was separation anxiety, but after her lies, I’m not so sure. After their rudeness and unprofessionalness, I wouldn’t trust these people within 10 feet of my kids.
