Roof-It, Inc

We are purchasing a house and the roof needed to be replaced prior to closing. The seller chose Roof it to complete the project. We have now rescheduled our closing 4 times because of their inability to properly staff and complete this project. It was slated to be completed over a week ago at this point and they did not start until three days after their quotes date. The reason they have for this is that there was bad weather, though there was no rain or winds for either day that they failed to begin the project. They arrive late. They leave early. It has taken them 4 days to clear the roof of the old shingles. When they left on Friday for the weekend, they left the yard full of trash and debris and didn’t clean it up until Tuesday even though they were at work on Monday. There have been three other roofs in the neighborhood completed since they began they’re work and they are still not done. We were told there would be two crews there to complete the rest of the job in one day. It was no surprise when only one crew showed up and we had to reschedule our closing again due to their complete and utter incompetence.
