Perfect dinner spot! I have lists and rankings of restaurants below. Lots of parking-we’ve never had to drive around looking for a spot. Also if you go behind red robin and take a left –there is more parking in the heart of the pavilion – and this lot(which is typically pretty empty) has a very open walkway that cuts right through the middle. The following list – is dinner spots I’ve tried ranked(sit down restaurants)(for«quick bite» and«non preferred» lists scroll Down) For a nice dinner 1. Malibu beach grille-the best for quality, customer service, and the prices are very reasonable, despite the four-star looking restaurant. This also has the second best burger in Port Orange(The best burger goes to The Daily Grind) 5 out of 5(total Cost for 2 – roughly $ 30 with appetizer) 2. Asian sauce box-(I get the whole fried snapper, orange beef and moo-shoo(veggie)) all are full of flavor. 4 out of 5 3. San Diego grille –convenient and get a booth in front of the fish tank if you can – not as good as it was when it opened since– they removed my 3 favorite items(spinach/strawberry salad w/tangerine vinaigrette, buffalo chicken strip basket and mango smoothie). from the menu – ergh. 3 out of 5 For a quick bite 1. Five guys burgers and fries ranked #3 on my favorite burgers in the volusia county list. 4 out of 5 2. Red robin it’s a chain too but the bonsai burger is still tasty – get it on wheat-3 out of 5 3. Fresh café-a nice healthy alternative-you can still order wrong so make sure you get something you’ll like! 3 out of 5 I’m not a fan of 1. Pita pit 2 out of 5(flavorless) 2. Gabbies pizza 2 out of 5 – we gave it three attempts but it’s just not as good as Mama Mias down the street or Panheads(flirting with disaster pizza) How this helps The pavilion also does a open air market on Saturdays – called the GREENMARKET it’s a little pricey but if you’re into that or need something to do-then this could be that thing-you can grab breakfast on the spot or to take home and there are lots of fresh fruits, veggies and gift ideas-soaps etc!

OMG no Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Jimmy Choos, Cartier, Tiffany & Co., Salvatore Ferragamo, Versace, La Patisserie Artistique, Saks, Montblanc? I hate to say it but they also lack any Four Seasons or Beverly Wilshire Hotels or any formal dining options as well as covered parking for my Lamborghini… But that’s okay The Pavillion at Port Orange is a great shopping venue it’s not pretentious, it’s not Rodeo Drive and those of us in the area appreciate its not all that. Look I can find those high end place when required and admit I enjoy shopping at those places occasionally but it’s not necessary for everyday living. If I need a vegetable steamer or pair of flip flops I can come here dressed in my beach shorts and tee shirt do a little shopping and grab a decent lunch and not mortgage my house on the beach. This outdoor shopping arena was much needed and the developers did a great job providing a little of everything for everyday living and although there isn’t any valet parking there is ample parking and no traffic jams. I still get a laugh out of the roundabout that seems to challenge a few but I think that was the intent.

If you are looking for a day of shopping, eating and relaxing, you have reached your destination! This shopping center is beautiful! All of the businesses are located outdoors, so when you walk from shop to shop, you will be outside. I recommend you go to this location when it’s not raining though. It’s not covered. But, there’s plenty of parking located throughout the shopping center and the center is big! It has so many different restaurants! Has everything from Hibachi, to sit-down restaurants, to a quick and easy pizza joint to a fancier Italian spot to burgers to more healthier eating options. I mean, they have everything! haha Even the shops vary from more expensive, high-end designer shops to super cheap and affordable shops. There’s also a craft store and even a spa. ANd so much more! This shopping center is fantastic! Every shopping lover should go!

Allot of stores and restaurants with a very clean feel make this a great shopping area. We go here at least once or twice a week.

Nice place but needs some cover. Did they forget that this is Florida and is it either HOT or Raining. Great movie cinema and several good restaurants. There are a few shopping locations my wife and daughter like but that is about it. Bring an umbrella for both the sun and and rain.

I love absolutely love the Pavillion — the variety of stores and restaurants here is amazing. From David’s Bridal, Payless Shoes, Belk, Marshalls, Homegoods, Sunglass World, and much more — it is a shoppers paradise. As for the food? OMG. Malibu Beach Grill, Texas Roadhouse, Red Robin, Asian Sauce Box, and a few others offer a little something for everyone at a variety of prices. In the mood for a good movie? By far one of the best theatres(Hollywood) is in the Pavillion.
