I really hope this review gets back to the manager at big lots. There were no less than 15 people today waiting in line and just one checker and the line kept getting longer and longer. I waited 25 minutes in line and there was a huge line behind me when I left. The gal about ten minutes in called another checker to help and not a single person responded inside the store to help her. Absolutely embarrassing that a store would be run this way. I commented and said well I guess you are getting ignored or something and she said oh he is probably helping another customer. I felt like taking the time to talk to the manager but after waiting that long in line I had to go. I was late getting home with the 2 pans I came into buy as my fiancé was waiting on them to pull food from the grill. Unbelievable I really hope that changes! I think it’s pretty obvious why I gave this place one star today. Ugh!
