Their burgers are some of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I highly recommend the deep fried mushrooms! Great food and great service. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

A few months ago i decided to try this place because i heard from a friend that they had good burgers. I first tried the Phở instead and i absolutely loved it. Its the best I’ve had in kitsap so far. Every other time i go i get the blue ocean special which is a piece of fish and a double cheeseburger with fries because its also super delicious and its such a great price. Im constantly recommending this place which is why i give it 5 :)

The serving size of the Phở is generous, Kids were not too sure initially, but they asked to come back as soon as possible a couple days after visiting here.

When we want good fish my husband & I travel 20 miles to go to Blue Ocean. They have great panko breaded, large portions of cod. Moist, not fishy tasting. The portions are large enough that the 3 piece big fish basket(which comes with 3 fish, fries & Coke slaw) is enough for both of us. If you can’t decide if you want fish or a burger get both! They have a meal which includes a burger &1 piece of panko big fish along with fries. A meal for a very hungry someone or a simple meal for 2. The burgers are something to write home about. LOL Not bad on expense. Both the above meals mentioned run about $ 13 each! The phở’ not bad either & not a bad buy.

With a menu like this, I was skeptical. There are so many«pan Asian» type places around here, so anyone that doesn’t focus on a single cuisine makes me nervous. I’m not the sort to go to a Chinese place looking for sushi or ask for a burger at a Korean joint, so «fish & crab & phở» didn’t sound promising. I have never been so happy to be wrong. I took a chance on the phở since I had such a craving and the broth(which is really where the magic is!) was robust and flavourful. The meat selection included all my «weird» faves(tendon, tripe, and rare beef) and the side plate included the regular sprouts, lime, jalepeno, and basil — along with a generous amount of cilantro and mint, too! I’ve never had mint in my phở before, but I tossed it in and it was fabulous! My husband was more in a fish and chips mood and those didn’t disappoint, either. The batter was delicious with a surprise hint of fennel. We split a fried appetiser platter that was equally eclectic — gyoza, onion rings, hush puppies. It’s a weird mix, but they nailed it all. The year-round Christmas décor was a little strange and the diner-like table seating makes it feel like more of a quick service type place, but the food and fast service are so out of this world that I’ll adjust to any ambiance they choose to set.

We have finally found the best PHO restaurant in port orchard. Way better than phở kai and super wok! The rice noodles area legit! Husband had the California burger. He devoured it. It was a great burger. And the best part was the great price for the serving size! If you’re a goodie and want really great tasting phở, this is the place!

Excellent place to eat. The food was really good. I had a fish sandwich and fries. The sandwich was huge. I couldn’t eat all of it. Had to take home the rest. My husband had the bacon burger which he liked. We also got the chicken and fries kid plate. The portions were huge.

I ordered one of the phở and I’d say it was pretty good. My boyfriend ordered the California burger which he couldn’t eat all in one setting but he did enjoy it. We also ordered the hush puppies just because he hasn’t had it before… it was not good. It looked over-cooked and it didn’t have a good flavor. I will definitely come here again to try something different.

Not the best in town. most of the time the reataurant is empty. This reataurant is well known for the big hamburger. Phở is horrible.

I came here with my mother in law and her friends for dinner last week. The ambiance is lacking, but the food was surprisingly good. My mother in law and friends ordered burgers, and I ordered the sweet and sour chicken. The burgers are sold without extras, so if you want fries, salad or onion rings, there is an upcharge, and you have to mention that you want it. My sweet and sour chicken was delightfully crisp and the sauce was balanced, not too sweet like I have had at other places. The portions were generous; most of the burgers on the menu were double patties and my plate was full of chicken and rice, along with a separate bowl for the salad it came with. I will be back soon to try the Phở.

It’s very unfortunate how horribly you treat your neighboring businesses. You keep half of your parking lot completely roped off at all times, which is no big deal since I’ve never seen more then one vehicle in your parking area at any given time. A neighboring business had a rather large event taking place this morning and even though you had NO customers, you were out threatening to tow anyone who parked briefly in what you consider your lot! Rather then speak with another business owner and come to a fair agreement for a few hours you chose to burn bridges. Rather then be neighborly and share space that ultimately was not being utilized, you chose to be incredibly rude to 30 plus possible future customers. For a business that from all outward appearances doesn’t seem to draw a crowd, this was definitely not the greatest approach. Good luck keeping that lot full with the word of mouth of this behavior.

Went here twice the past week. Surprisingly, it was almost impossible to find a nice fresh seafood restaurant in the Bremerton, WA area. I had the Fried Oysters($ 9.99) twice. Clearly they were the frozen, breaded type, but they served six huge pieces, with wedge fries and some super good chopped cole slaw. The Fried Fish battered in-house was fine as well. I would love to have had more time to try their other dishes.

Very impressive restaurant in such a small, fast food-based town. Their crazy burger is so large that my very hungry father cannot finish it. It has the works, right down to two thick cuts strips of bacon. The best thing on their menu, however, is phõ. Each bowl is so large and full of noodles that I have never once finished it in one sitting. Their bowls are inexpensive, authentic, and so convenient(what with their location being right on Mile Hill). They manage to make several different cultures’ foods, all scrumptiously. Service is also fast and pleasant! Definitely worth saving yourself a trip from McDonalds, right across the street, for a much better burger or fish filet.

Been here a few times as we live in gig harbor. I love stopping here when in port orchard. I really like the spicy chicken. Kinda reminds me of a spicy orange chicken but way better than that. My wife liked the PHO. But for an Asian styled seafood restaurant this place as really good burgers. They could be a stand alone burger place and do really well. Worth a try if you’ve been thinking about it.

This restaurant is amazing. It is rare anymore that you get what you pay for. This restaurant exceeds that. They have a beautiful inexpensive hamburger. We are not talking your thick gourmet hamburger however the attention to detail is really great. Crisp lettuce, perfectly grilled burger, buttered and grilled bun, perfect fries. Great service also.

Went for lunch with my wife. We shared a crazy burger and a 2 piece order of the fish and chips… large fish option. The fish was okay, for a beaded vs. battered version. The burger, however was AMAZING. Plenty of bacon, amd everything else including tons of avocado. Fires were just okay… think of Red Robin. Would go again to get some of their Asian offerings. We agree that the service leaves a lot to be desired.

Fish was not very good. Super thin. and the fries were rubbery. The clam chowder was pretty good tho. If you want good fish I would recommend going down to kings. Across from the pancake house. The cod there is way better.

Not fancy, but they have the best burgers and fish & chips in PO!!! Always friendly service!!! Can only eat half of the cheeseburger. The salads are good, too! Very reasonable prices! We will frequent here often!

Service was so bad! I pulled up for dinner with my family. Was told I couldn’t park there. Asked where I parked to get dinner. She said it was ok to park there then. Ok… Ordered dinner and a diet coke. Never got the coke. Asked one time, said it was coming. Food had hair in two of the four dishes ordered. Come on. Bad service and bad food.

Blue Ocean Fish & Chips… yeah I’ll have a bacon cheeseburger please! No kidding… and was not disappointed! Although I could have done without the two patties… also came with lettuce, tomato, onion, and tons of bacon(with pickles on the side). It was pretty darn big, but also pretty darn good! I had started with a cup of clam chowder. .not bad, but also not great. The was an overpowering bit of onion taste, and not much clam. Have been here a handful of times, usually have fish of some sort(which is always delicious) — it’s nice to have a decent burger option now too!
