I used this carpet cleaner as part of my rental move out, on recommendation of our property management. John did an excellent job despite us having dogs in the home. He was professional and detailed orientated. Very prompt too! Got our full deposit back using his services and Cope Quality Services for cleaning.

YES, YOU WANT TO CALL JOHN FOR YOUR CARPETS!
The end of my lease coincided with a military assignment — meaning, I had about zero time available to clean my place in time for turning over the keys.
I may or may not have called John in a full panic about this.
Thankfully, the man is not new to panicky, last-​minute requests. Not only did he manage to squeeze me in for an estimate ASAP, but he was in the house working on those carpets in no time.
In the running for full sainthood, he even gave me a military discount while he was at it.
And the quality of that «emergency» work?
The carpets looked like something out of a magazine.
Got my full deposit back, AND the landlords were in love with the final look. Seriously.
(Did I mention I have a dog?!)

They did a great job and very good price Will definitely be using them in the future!!! They cleaner our entire house (full of carpet) and both couches. We have a large dog, cat and toddler… Our carpet was a completely different shade than it should have been. Everything looks like new once they finished!!! THANKYOU!!!
