Easy to schedule appointment. Wouldn’t say they were the kind or friendly. Waited the majority of the time I was there. Dr. Sorenson was very distant & lacked interaction with me. Not sympathetic to my medical issues, repeatedly had to remind them it caused pain to twist or move my neck in the direction they wanted. Think I will continue to look for a different eye doctor. Not impressed

Scheduling eye exams with this place is a joke. They have someone to do it only, I believe, twice a week, and they never have any openings within two weeks.
Today I was advised they have to «update» my file and the receptionist just took a picture of me without asking. Very rude.
There are always «extra costs». I don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore.

I was quite pleased with my visit to Kitsap Eye Physicians. They were able to get me in pretty quick for just the standard eye check-​up/​update prescription.
My appointment was on time and I was out of the office pretty quick. They dilated my eyes, which is never pleasant, but they had something other than the dreaded «puff of air» routine. They put some numbing drops in my eyes and then held a machine up very close to me eye that clicked and beeped, but didn’t touch it or blow air. The doctor was really great in explaining that she wouldn’t poke my eye, despite feeling like it, and was patient while I attempted to hold my head still and not jerk away.
Overall, I was pleased with my visit and the staff here. If you’re looking for someplace in the area for a check-​up, I’d suggest giving this place a try. (And they accept TriCare!)
