Solomon was quick about coming out to tell me what was wrong with my refrigerator and quick to take the service fee charge but thats about it. He said it would take 1 – 2 days for the parts to come in, 3 parts all together. He told me one was the thermostat but refused to elaborate on the other two. This SHOULD have been my sign! He was terrible at calling me or my landlord! Never returned calls. The parts finally came in after 5 days and I had to call him to find out.
The website advertises a 7am — 7 pm work day. He refused to set up a 5pm appointment time because he «was afraid he wouldn’t make it back into the office by 7pm». So he offered an 11am on a Saturday. Unfortunately I had something for that same time. He then well «the shop doesn’t open until 9am». Again, refer to hours of 7am-​7pm.
I tool an afternoon out of work to accommodate his time. It is now 3pm and he still has not showed or called for a 1pm appointment. No one answers the office phone.
