I’ve been to Starbucks all over the country; this is one of the worst, unfortunately. All tables wobble, weird uncomfortable seating arrangement.

I came here to do a pretty lengthy study session. Although the place is relatively small it, the layout is pretty smart. I was able to sit by the window where the outlets were and I had a decent view. Service was pretty good and quick. I had no issues with my drinks and the barista was really polite. I think I’ll have this coffee shop as one of my go-to spots since it’s open till late.

I have quit going to this starbucks during the day in Port Orchard and now only go to the one in Fred Meyer or the 2 Albertsons. They rarely made my drink correct mostly through the drive-thru(I would say they’ve gotten it correct 20% of the time) and I have been getting the same drink for years and try to thoroughly explain it-its a basic one with 1 special request. I have even called into Starbucks customer service and they’ve put in a «retraining» request. After which I went through a few more times and they still screwed it up. One(of several) times I went in and had to wait over 15 mins for them to remake my drink. Another time my remake drink was worse than the first: burnt and Too much milk. My last and final visit I had to go in for a remake and when the cashier asked the manager for a comp card the manager looked at me with the rudest expression! They are too busy in the drive through during the day trying to be fast than accurate. A barista at another Port Orchard SB recently told me she quit going to the drivethru YEARS ago because they never made her drink right either! The parking lot sucks! Worst ever. Park at the 76 or down by the pet shop or else it might take u a while to get out with the backed up drive thru line. I hope they open a drive thru on the west side of 16 by Lowe’s in the near future because we need one on that side!

Their drive thru is always backed up, their service is slow, and their coffee was on the burnt side. I like to take mine black and I felt like I had to put some sugar in there to offset the burnt taste. On the plus side, it was a nice place to study with outlets lining the windows.

I have been a customer at this Starbucks dozens of times within the last year and I have to be honest and say that I have not had a good experience any of those times. A typical visit consists of waiting for someone to notice me at the register, my drink made incorrectly(typically too much foam and tons of room at the top) with someone calling it out and running away from the hand off with no acknowledgement, then me having to flag someone down because the barista on register forgot about my food. Every time I go back I hope that I will have a better experience just to leave being disappointed.

We got 2 frapps and one had an eye lash in it. Went back showed them. Got a new one made then givin a card was told that my next one would be free. Went back later that day to use that card was told that its only worth $ 4. I explained it to Ms. Jasmine and she was nice enough to give our other drink for free. And didn’t put up a fight. Very nice young lady. Excellent customer service.

I have been to a lot of Starbucks and this one is just ok. The parking lot is small and awkward. The seating areas are limited inside and outside both. The drive thru line is also pretty slow at times other times it’s ok — hit and miss with this place. Cleanliness is about average. The baristas are friendly and aim to please it’s more about the real estate this place has.

For starters, I went by to ask if the manager if they were hiring. She told me I was rude and I’m pretty sure she was high. Also, I ordered a skinny vanilla iced chai lattee, and the manager made it and didn’t even make it correctly! I only know because I order it every time I go to a Starbucks. I never thought I would go to a Starbucks that I didn’t like; this is it. The only reason there’s 2 stars is because I like Starbucks in general.

Just like any other Starbucks but I think it’s the slowest one in the entire state… Every time I go to the drive thru, it feels like an eternity for my single beverage. Expect a glacial pace. But my usual drink is 2 cents cheaper than the Tacoma Starbucks, so they got that going for them which is nice.

One of my favorite Starbucks location. Port Orchard is a small town so it means there isn’t too much people at any given time. So I don’t have to stay in a long line or find a table to sit down. Drive-thru gets pretty busy though. Also, many of the customers are seniors and old people meaning there aren’t many loud teenagers. Employees are usually very pleasant and coffee tastes like how Starbucks coffee should taste like.

I never give my $$ to Starbucks unless I’m traveling and need something quick & convenient, as there’s a Starbucks on every corner of American commercial real estate. That being said… stopped here on my way back to Portland & the young lady at the window offered to fill up my water bottle with ice water, no charge. Good customer service, super friendly, inquired how my day was going, and generally left a good first impression. Their coffee is horrible but at least their employees are commendable. So really, the 4 stars are for the workers and NOT the sub-par product they’re cranking out. ;-)

This review is based off just this mornings experience. Ordered an iced green tea latte and a bacon breakfast sandwich. First the green tea latte was full of powder chunks all along the bottom, not sure if it was stirred at all. There was so much ice in the cup that when I tried stirring it(despite trying to be careful) ice and drink spilled out. The breakfast sandwich: barely warm at all, three of the smallest most pathetic looking«strips» of bacon I’ve ever seen, and dry! Overall pretty disappointed. This is of course 1 of a billion Starbucks locations. The drive thru option at this location(not sure how close the next drive thru Starbucks is) is nice, the parking lot is kind of awkward and sometimes getting onto the main road is challenging with no light.

Once again I enter Starbucks and realize drive thru goes quicker than enter the store. If it is busy is why would you put the newest person on cash register that has to ask a question on how to do it ever time someone ask them for something. Why would they finally put two people on cash register when only two people are left in line. Why not when there was over 8 waiting. Just cause you walk in does not mean you want to spend 20 minutes waiting to order. For Pete’s sakes they have to learn to take care of the customer that walk into the door just as well if not better than drive thru. FYI: I was third person in line when I enter and more people came in after me. The line of cars was though parking lot around the corner in front of the store. By the time I order and got my coffee. The line of cars was cleared out and that is why they put the second person on the cash register because the window slowed down.

A recent remodel offers a fairly urban ambience, i.e., cold, impersonal and sterile. Inside seating is fairly limited, and the inside lines can take up a great deal of room… It is a fairly small, cramped café. The staff are personable, friendly and efficient. As a regular, I enjoy being called by my first name and welcomed warmly. The drive through traffic interferes with people who wish to park their cars for inside service. Also, at peak hours of the day, the drive-through service can be slow with cars backed up out of the parking lot. At those times, I usually go into the nearby Safeway where there is a less busy Starbucks service. Overall, that great Starbucks coffee keeps me coming back day after day; and the great staff earn extra points.

Service fast and kind. Environment great, has music on(not too loud), outlets for laptops with wi-fi access. Great coffee as always. Drive-thru service is also fast.
