Horrible experience. Though late night, staff was not customer service oriented. The room was disgusting. Cover on the bed has cigarette burns as did the carpet. Room smelled of smoke, which was supposed to be a non-​smoking room. Outside the room was a coffee can for cigarettes. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

My two girlfriends and I went here for our Friday the 13th road trip to «starvation heights» and stayed here. The people were so friendly and accommodating! So genuinely friendly — nice change from seattle. We’d definitely stay again!
