Absolute Custom Blinds

Well, unfortunately my glowing review of this business was premature because within 1 month after installation, the slats were breaking and the tracks stopped rotating. When Mitch came to see the problem he told us that this was happening because we were keeping our blinds drawn (closed) with only the screens behind them. (sliders were open to allow fresh air onto lanai). So in essence the blinds were not the appropriate application for our lanai even though Mitch came to see and measure the lanai and to tell us if this was a good choice for us.
When asked why we weren’t told the limitations of our use of the blinds before we purchased, Mitch said we should have asked him if it was okay to do so.
We asked for a refund which they refused and then never showed up for the second appointment to come out to assess the repairs.
The old adage «buyer beware» seems very appropriate, unfortunately.
