Stay away. They are small minded red necks that work and own this place.

I would imagine that the last review written was by a disgruntled former worker. That’s what happens when you deal with teenagers, I guess.
Electron is a huge place. They have a full sized lounge with free wifi, good music playing, a nice deep purple décor and a very cool ambiance in which to sit back and vape with friends or simply to do some work while chilling out.
The desk staff is very knowledgeable. There is a large «tasting and sampling» bar for you to test out various juices and different types of vapes and e cigs til you can find one that is to your liking. Juices range in price of $ 12.99 to $ 24.99 and last for quite awhile. The flavors are all available in different nicotine levels as low as zero for the non smoker up to 24 (maybe higher) for the person who is first trying to quit smoking but still needs a decent level of nicotine in their system.
They offer all different mods and kits, with batteries and some with USB charging. The staff will definitely guide you as to which ones are best for you. On the advice of Nick, I chose a small vape, very light and very easy to use as a beginner just trying to quit the habit with a Proton tank system. He was very knowledgeable and showed me how to fill and care for my tank. Since I was just a light smoker, he suggested that I start with 12 mg of nicotine and slowly taper down. In just 3 weeks, I have tapered down to 6 mgs and it has been very easy with his guidance. Any time I have had an issue with something with my vape either not charging properly (my mistake) or a faulty tank (theirs) they were very quick to replace the item, no questions asked or teach me how to use the equipment properly so I would not make any more errors. They have a very large selection of batteries, tanks and kits in their shop. (They have two other shops that I know of, one in the USA Flea Market and the other up in Spring Hill. This review is about the Port Richey store).
I’ve met the owner, Lex and he seems like a really nice guy. All the people who work there are extremely passionate about vaping. Most of them are non smokers who simply do this as a hobby. However, I have found vaping to be a surefire way to quit the habit altogether. They give expert advice on mods and don’t look to up sell you like a lot of vape shops do. They don’t take advantage of the customer that is new to vaping.
Overall, it has been a very pleasant experience using them and my husband and I have kicked the habit for over three weeks now. A lot of it has to do with the support that we receive by the staff at Electron who encourages and reminds you that this hobby is substantially less dangerous than smoking. While you are still taking in nicotine of varying amounts depending on what you choose, you are no longer taking in tar, formaldehyde, arsenic or at least 72 other dangerous chemicals found in cigarettes. You are also not giving off deadly second hand smoke to others. You no longer smell like an ashtray. My mouth always feels fresh and clean in the morning. I don’t hack up a long any more when I wake up in the morning and my clothes don’t stink like yesterdays garbage.
I can’t thank Nick, Lex and the rest of the staff of Electron for a great experience. We are definitely customers for life… literally!

Very poor customer service. Sells faulty products and claims to have a «30 day return» but does not follow through, despite the fact that I had my receipt. I have purchased 4 e cig batteries from here, within 2 months they are all broken. They change the prices at random times. I strongly recommend going somewhere else or buying online.
