Fermano Car Wash

My first, and last visit. It’s just OK. Bought their «ultimate» wash service. was charged an extra 3 bucks «big vehicle» (mid size SUV) the vacuum job was well done. Interior armor all was a rush job, left a palm size patch on the dash un treated, and didn’t even touch the back. wash was ok. Left some bugs on the front bumper. Door sils were left half dirty. Probably ok for a quick wash and dry, but I expected way more from a near $ 30 ultimate wash.

Staf was friendly and quick. They did a very good job on my car. Well worth the cost.

I work at near by Seaway Plastics Engineering and have been taking my cars to Fermano for three years now with absolutely no regrets. They are friendly, accommodating and detail oriented and have employed the same amount of attention to detail to every car I’ve ever brought through whether it’s my Mazda 3 hatch or my flashy NISMO 370Z. Family owned and operated they run a good business and do well by the community. One of their biggest pluses for me is their ability to detail sports cars which are often too low to run through a traditional wash tunnel and instead have to be entirely hand washed. This is thankfully not a problem at Fermano as they are setup to accommodate lower than average vehicles. They also operate an oil-​change business next door which carries Mobil 1 as the house brand and offer a free wash with every oil change… something to keep in mind if you need one. Good folks who will do right by you and your vehicles.

Never a problem here and the friendliest of staff.

It’s been a few years since I have lived in the area so I can not comment if things have changed. When I used to frequent this establishment I was never disappointed with the work done on my car or with the way I was treated.
I wish this place was closer to me so I wouldn’t have to was my own car!

I just got my oil changed here yesterday and now I have an oil leak (I didn’t have one before) and they put a scratch in my bumper. The owner yelled at the guy changing my oil right in front of me and after I paid she said I needed to pay more for the oil filter. The owners don’t deserve my money, they are unprofessional and rude. I’m going to take my car to the dealership now to make sure they didn’t do any permanent damage. I will update if they did do any permanent damage.

So, I ordered the Ultimate package… their best wash.
After ordering, you go in to pay. The lobby is open and comfortable with an outside patio available. That is where the good stops.
The interior was barely vacuumed, if at all. it certainly was not wiped down. There were streaks on the inside of the windshield so bad I needed to buy some glass cleaner on my day trip.
My car has automatically closing mirrors that they forced open by hand. And there were more water marks on the car than when I got there.
Sorry…my opinion is it’s the worst car wash I’ve been to in Florida.

I go here fairly often (once a month or so) to get my car washed. Here’s what’s good:
— EXTREME attention to detail. They never miss anything and do exactly as you ask. I usually get the «Ultimate» package which runs just over $ 24 with tax.
— They’re not in a big rush to get as many cars through as possible. They take their time no matter how busy and go over the entire car inside and out multiple times to make sure nothing is missed.
. and here’s a few things that aren’t so good:
— The owner once stopped me from driving away asking if I had paid for the wash. I had paid and showed him the receipt. This put a bit of a bad taste in my mouth, but I still go back.
— There is sometimes a rep there from some glass company that tries to scam you into letting them replace your window free of charge by submitting a claim to your insurance company. The defects they point out in your windshield are sometimes non-​existent and a figment of their imagination. Definitely a scam!
