This is the «Lowest of the Lowe’s»
No pun intended.
Seldom had a good experience in this place.
If a staff member sees you they cut down another aisle so they don’t have to help you or answer questions.
One time I was with my father in law and we got tired of waiting. The grill we wanted was in a box on an upper shelf. I climbed up and got it. A camera was right there and still nobody came. I could have had a heart attack in the aisle and nobody would have assisted me.
Another time we were buying new kitchen cabinets. The ones we wanted were damaged. We were told «it is policy to sell the damage product before they replace it with undamaged product.» I said who would buy this there is a piece chipped off.
The sales guy replied «someone will buy it.»
Similarly, I was there once to replace the clear plastic light panels in my bathroom ceiling. Lowe’s had two stacks of them.
Every single one was cracked or broken.
I inquired why they didn’t toss these out and
get some that were intact.
I was advised «the damaged ones have to be sold first.»
Who in the Hell buys broken ceiling panels?
This place has no pride.
Also, my father in law purchased three weed whackers. Each one broke or didn’t work out of the box.
Not recommended !!!
Please Jesus… bring back ACE hardware !

I needed a new pool brush. Mine is a bit sun damaged and when I last scrubbed the pool, I noticed that the brush ends were breaking off. So after visiting mom, I popped into Lowes, and asked where the pool supplies were. I was told they were «Out Side».
I wandered out side, It took a few minutes, but I found the pool things… Man, I had NO idea that there were SO many kinds of pool brushes available. Since I’m not sure what the best one is, I buy three. Well, I can, so i do, now I have a choice. LOL the husbeast can’t be mad. it’s for –cleaning-!!!

I just moved here… bought a top of the line riding mower and had their fence guy come out. The problem I had was with a return desk girl (heavier set w glasses)…kept insisting it was not lowes product i was bringing back… I only had been to one store since the move!
Went round and round… finally got the person in that dept to write the correct number on the unit… guess what… girl stills says its not from lowes! lol
Been back since and staff was very helpful.

I always find what I need here.
