Orchids Thai Restaurant

I have only eaten 1 item from here. I don’t speak Thai, and that makes it tough for me to remember what it’s called. It’s a squid dish, with seaweed, cucumber and a couple other ingredients. When I order this item I don’t ever remember what it’s called so I end up with the wrong thing. THEY ALWAYS FIX IT FOR ME! The service is fantastic! My wife won’t eat Thai food so I don’t have this as an option very often at all. I give all 5 stars for the squid dish I order, and the service. The dining room is nice, and clean looking, as well as the kitchen and sushi area look well maintained, and clean as well.

Had the pan fried dumplings and the cashew chicken. Very tasty! Been here a couple times and will continue to go back. Friendly staff and clean environment.

Found this place a few years ago and it is my go to Thai food hands down! In a strip mall plaza not very appealing but inside it is very clean and comfy! (You also get pillows to lean against so your back doesn’t hurt! Attention to detail! Love it)
I have been to Thailand and honestly very close to authentic. Super delicious and ALWAYS fresh and piping hot! From the pad Thai, to the curry, to the fried rice it is always on point! ESP the fried bananas! They are a treat for sure!

I’ve been here a couple times, and gotten take out as well. The food is actually quite good and the service is also.
We’ve tried green curry chicken, Panang chicken, pad thai with shrimp. The shrimp in the pad thai were large and plentiful.
I will be returning on a regular basis… good place!

Amazing food. Clean. Great staff and just impressive food. The foid is well priced and just tastes amazing. We eat here often and are so excited that they expanded.

Just stopped for lunch and was very pleasantly surprised! The quality of food was fresh and very delicious. Authentic atmosphere. Very clean. Friendly and attentive waitress. Highly recommend it!

The best authentic Thai food in the area! The most gracious staff we’ve encountered in all our travels. They have amazing pumpkin dishes as well as the usual Thai fare. They make my hubby a special crispy duck Pad Thai that he just adores! The lunch specials are very reasonably priced with soup and salad or soup and a spring roll, their peanut sauce is out of this world! A must try is you’re looking for delicious Thai food as well as outstanding service

I hate to repeat words from another but this place is truly a GEM!!! We had the most amazing meal of fresh sushi and the staff was great. I can not express enough how great this place was. I was very impressed and so happy that we took a chance on it based on the great reviews it had. I am happy to add mine to the bunch! A must try.

This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem! It is located in a small strip mall so I was very hesitant to try it out. I could not be happier that I did! The first time trying them out I sat down and my waitress was very helpful with explaining what certain meals were to what wine to choose with them! I ordered the sweet and sour pork my first time and loved it. I couldn’t wait to go back!
You must try the Drunken Noodles — hot. I don’t know what heaven tastes like but I assume this is it. You can order it with chicken (my favorite), shrimp, or steak. They give you huge shrimp and a decent amount when you order it. We order from here weekly and they are very consistent. You get large portions for what you pay, they are always welcoming, very nice atmosphere.
I would recommend this hidden treasure to any visiting Port Richey.

Watch your statement!!! They changed my $ 11 tip to $ 14 probably thinking I wouldn’t notice! I will never be returning. Food was okay, but lacking in spices so I might have given them another shot but not after altering my payment. Beware!

This place is so amazing, clean, fresh, the staff was so pleasant. I’ve been to other Thai restaurant’s and this place blows them out the water! Very good prices, and a large variety to choose from…

Great food, one of the only places around that has real Thai food. I lived in Thailand for almost 15 years and this is exactly what we get there. y wife is Thai and this is the only place shexwill go to

We used to live nearby and came here all the time. Now it is a must whenever we come to visit.

Always been my favorite Thai food for many many years. Last time I went we had a bad experience observing the sushi prep guy eating with his gloved hand while making sushi for customers. Didn’t change his gloves between making dishes or sitting down to eat his dinner, or to eat from the prep area. Pad Thai was very sweet, no heat, and we usually get a small salad with our meals, but not this time. I have gotten take out a few times since then, and will give them another chance in the dining room soon. I hope things go back to the way they were. I bragged about this place to anyone who had ears for over 15 years.

This place may seem like a hole in the wall. But it is remarkable! I am so happy I tried Orchid Thai Restaurant! The service was quality. The food presentation was remarkable and the food was nothing short of delectable! I am so very impressed, and thankful for a quality experience!
