Pizza Hut

I was getting a carry out order last night, and while waiting I could hear management SCREAMING at the employees and saw food being thrown at a wall. Very unprofessional!

NO!!! This hole in the wall location needs to be retrained! Our order was made too early so by the time we picked it up it wasnt that hot. We made specification on how the crust was to be and toppings. Taking part in their $ 6.99 special. Yeah right! Crust was wrong, flavors were wrong. Guys pizza was meatlovers and hand tossed. Got that one right. Mine was specifically pan style with certain topping. Nope tasted terrible and crust was dry, was hand tossed and lousy. Tried to call the location. No one picked up. What where they doing? Ordering online was a nightmare as well. We dont live far but im the only one who wasnt happy so, they are their pie and i gave them the rest of mine and made my pregnant self take a nap. Perhaps its my taste buds but next time im sticking with the neighborhood pizza places and not a chain with no seating.

I love this Pizza Hut and it’s not because of their food! I normally do not order from chains unless it is for a party of sorts.
I threw my boyfriend a party for his 30^th and asked them if they could put «happy birthday» or «bday» in pepperoni and she said okay! I was so happy! Couldn’t wait! But sadly, when the pizza arrived it was just regular pepperoni. At first I was upset. Then I looked on the inside of the lids and they wrote out an apology explaining how they couldn’t get it to fit on the pizza. Each lid had something written in it! Wishing my boyfriend a happy 30^th birthday.
It was completely unexpected and a very great thing they did! Thank you to this team at Pizza Hut!

This is a great takeout place… there are no Pizza Huts in our area up north so we enjoy while in Florida. We use an android app and the pie is ready when we get there. Always fresh and quite reasonable in price.
