Atmosphere is very nice and classy. However, evreytime i have been there it has been very empty, why? Food and priceing is 5 out of 10. Service was poor. I cannot figure out why service was poor when there was only a couple of tables full?

Best phở we’ve found in the area so far. The rest of the menu looks promising too. Definitely going to be back. We ordered to go, because I’m not feeling great, and this was the most intelligently packaged to-go phở I’ve ever had, which was nice. The foundation of phở is a good broth, and this was exactly what I wanted to soothe this cold. Spring rolls were tasty too.

I have been here a few times now. Love the soups. It is a very nice place to go for Vietnamese Soups. The staff is very nice and helpful with picking out what you want. the only down side to the venue is it is a little open and the seating seems displaced. FOODFANTASTIC

Beautiful place! Neon lights, tablecloths, nice music. And that’s where it ends. Food was lousy, we had to wait an hour from the time we ordered. We had to ask for silverware. We walked out. Do yourself a favor and go to the other end of Ridge Road and go to Kumo for a really nice meal.

Not bad but very pricey. Wasn’t busy at all and the server practically begged us to tell our friends about the place. Don’t see it being here much longer.

I have been waiting for 2 years for this place to open and kept thinking that there was no way it was going to be able to live up to my expectations. I walked in and the place is gorgeous and the smells from the kitchen were incredible! Our server Sonia was awesome and knew the menu very well, making some great recommendations. The Phở was outstanding and the calamari might be the best I’ve ever had. Their steaks are prime beef with incredible Vietnamese dipping sauces. Deep fried cheesecake for dessert and delicious Vietnamese coffee. Their cocktails are also outstanding. In all aspects dinner was fantastic. Food, service and atmosphere were all perfect. Well done to everyone at Spice Asian Fusion.

This was our first time going to Spice. I’ve really been looking forward to going because there is no other place in NPR(to my knowledge) that serves Vietnamese food, particularly phở. The building is gorgeous! Very classy, definitely top notch for New Port Richey or elsewhere for that matter. My husband and I went in on a Saturday and I was surprised to find that it was very slow… then we opened the menus and I saw that there was no lunch menu, just dinner portions and prices. I think that in order for this place to make it in New Port Richey they will HAVE to have a different menu for lunch with smaller portions and lower prices. With that being said the quality of the food was great. The calamari was fantastic, very fresh and perfectly fried however the dipping sauce was nothing special, pretty sure it’s a sweet and sour sauce that comes out of a jar which was kind of a drag considering how good the calamari was. The shrimp soup and the shrimp vermicelli were on point! Shrimp was perfectly cooked and the flavor was outstanding! My only other complaint aside from the lunch prices and calamari sauce was the lack of vegetarian options. There were basically none, and none of the phở was vegetarian or at least a seafood base. The drinks and desert menu look incredible we can’t wait to go back and try them! I sincerely hope the owners take some of these critiques to heart as many restaurants have come and gone at this location and I would have to see the same thing happen to Spice especially with all the money that has clearly gone into remodeling this gorgeous space!

Food was average but not at all worth the long wait for a table and the long wait for the food to arrive. The restaurant was not crowded as 10 tables were empty the entire night. We were 6 people crammed into a booth with no room to eat or place to put dishes. Food was barely warm and the broccoli was cold. The owners other place Phở Quynh on Hillsborough Ave., Tampa never gets it wrong so our expectations for their new place was high. Skip Spicy Asian Fusion… sadly not worth it.

Lovely meal! The restaurant is beautiful, classy and laid back at the same time. Definitely was looking forward to a new twist on Asian food in the area and they met the high expectations. The pineapple chicken was phenomenal and full of flavor. They have an extensive list of sushi, all must-try’s.

Delicious food, our waitress Sonia was a delight and helpful with ordering. She tells us the Sushi chef has served both presidents Reagan and Bush! I’d put up a picture of our dessert(turtle ninja chocolate pie) but my husband devoured it while I was putting this on Unilocal!

Food was okay can’t say it was the best I have ever had. The cost of dinning here is very high and due to that reason I would never come back here!

I’ve had better sushi from Publix the ambience was real nice but I couldn’t get past the pound of cilantro they rolled in to my roll. The other roll we orders lacked flavor all together.

Got the curry noodle soup, which was good. BF got a beef noodle soup, which was not as good as the phở at Phở Saigon. The beansprouts were not fresh, very limp and looked old. BF also had 2 glasses of Coke refills that had a strong chemical taste and smell. Our waitress said it was probably the cleaning agent that wasn’t washed off completely. 2 star for the food. 3 star for our waitress and the interior décor. Nothing impressive for me to want to come back.

I was so excited to try this place! It was delicious. A family of 5 and we only paid $ 52! It’s very reasonable and very good food. Our waitress was great and very informative in explaining the foods. It’s very elegant although we weren’t dressed up we had just come from Walmart it was very relaxing and welcoming. Husband and I will be back to get dressed up for date night. Excited that port Richey is getting some nice restaurant s! California rolls are awesome

Having not been back home to the Port Richey area in some time, I was pleasantly surprised that a new restaurant had just opened up. Naturally I decided to go check out this place for myself. This place is called Spice and it advertises itself as an Asian Fusion restaurant. Upon walking through the doors, I greeted by some wonderful hostesses. The interior décor was very nice. It reminded me of a cross between modern art with a hint of classical. A lot of neutral or dark tone colors but with enough lighting and natural lighting to keep the place decently well lit. The restaurant was pretty big with lots of seating both at the bar and the sushi bar as well as plenty of tables and booths. Seeing as I went in around 5pm, business looked like it was a tad bit slow but would pick up as the night progressed. As for the food, not bad. The menu was 3 or 4 pages long with a good enough selection of different dishes. However for a fusion restaurant, I still think it tended to lean more towards that of a Vietnamese restaurant. Lots of Phở and Broken Rice dishes but could have used some more fusion style dishes. I ordered a phở with roast pork strips, egg noodles, and wontons. The pork was roasted well with pleasant flavor while the wontons were also pretty flavorful with a good balance between the filling ration and the skin. The egg noodles were decent but slightly overdone. I would have preferred the noodles to be more al dente but it did not take away much from the dish. The broth was flavorful and was properly balanced, not too salty and not too sweet. Along with your phở, you get your usual condiments of Sirracha, Jalapeño peppers, coriander, and bean sprouts. If I had one suggestion, please just give me raw bean sprouts and don’t pre-cook them. The bean sprouts looked slightly discolored and would have looked better fresh. Total price of the dish was around $ 15 which is on the more pricey side when eating phở. All in all, not a bad first experience. Décor was great. Staff was awesome and attentive. Food was decent though on the expensive side. I will be interested in coming back for lunch if they have a lunch option or even for dinner to try some other dishes. If the price were to go down by a dollar or 2, I think I might give an extra star. But like I said, I hope this place succeeds and I’ll probably be back again for a second look.
