I eagerly look forward to attending to Saint Lucie West AT&T Store AFTER an unprofessional experience at AT&T Port Saint Lucie. While initial service was satisfactory at AT&T in Port Saint Lucie, agent Randy Walker promised me home office assistance with my computer operation which he did but then promised to install high tech equipment and didn’t follow through on leaving my business in down mode after relocating from CT to Florida. I made repeated attempts to contact Mr. Walker and to no avail. Hence, I hope my business will profit from new association with Saint Lucie West AT&T Store.

A shout out to AT&T management for employee Dale Kaufman at the Saint Lucie West AT&T Store. The best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I saw Dale wrapping up with a couple of senior ladies, who were obviously delighted with Dale. I hoped I would be able to connect with him for help with ordering U-verse. Fortunately for me, I got Dale. Professional, charming, helpful and efficient, Dale was a pleasure to work with. This is the kind of employee you want representing your company. Hang on to this guy!

I made the mistake of calling and ordering ATT Uverse, Hi-speed internet HDTV4 receivers unlimited local and long distance calls. Quoted 137.00 for first 6 months 166.00 next 6 months then 199.00 with a one time charge of 29.00. First bill was 403.00. Have called and talked to several people and bill now is up to 690.00. THISCOMPANYEXCELLSATBAITANDSWITCHTACTICS. I am taking them to court, maybe class action. They have some real slick advertising but are a bunch of crooks.

Needed help figuring out why AT&T was charging an extra $ 3.99 and $ 4.99 a month for something called«Pictavision». The guy at the store Chris, was completely useless! Absolutely no help whatsoever. Told us to «Go online and figure it out». If I wanted to go online to figure it out, I wouldn’t have gotten up and drove the 15 minutes to the store! With customer service like this, how does AT&T stay in business?!
