The worst Pollo anywhere in the world. The chicken is cooked to smithereens – overcooked by like 2 hours. On numerous occasions I have ordered the half chicken meal and received 2 dried up thighs and two legs instead the breast and wing that should have been included. The portion of rice is getting smaller and smaller – at times it’s only about 2 tablespoons of rice! Shouldn’t a chicken place know the difference between a breast and a thigh? I love Pollo, but these people do not give a flying flip about doing a good job with your meal. They are lazy, sloppy, and completely incompetent. I love Pollo and we have only one here, so I have been about 8 times, and every single time something was wrong. 100% failure rate people!

Would give this place zero stars if possible. First time at any Pollo Tropical ever and will never go back again. Rude and incompetent staff. Tried to order the family meal with whole grilled chicken, sides, and other accompaniments. Said they didn’t have any whole chicken when I could see several available. Asked them to just sell me two halves or four quarters at the same price. Said they couldn’t do that. Ask for manager who confirmed they couldn’t (wouldn’t) do that. WTF? So you’d rather ripoff your customer than make such a simple accommodation? Go screw yourselves! We walked out with nothing — not gonna play your game. Plenty of other places to give my hard earned money to. We don’t need ripoff establishments in PSL. Stay away from this place and let’s shut em down!

DO NOT EAT HERE. They are a total mess. I pull up to the window after ordering and the guy tells me my total swipes my card. And then stands there giggling into the headset. Then another employee comes up, he whispers to her «I think I charged her for the wrong meal». Seriously, hello I can HEAR you. Then he continues giggling and sloppily getting my stuff together… Or at least I thought it was mine. Another employee comes over to ask what I’d ordered and then walks away. He hands me my food and I ask for some cilantro garlic sauce, and the guy just stands there giggling through the headset and finally realized I was still waiting for him to fulfill my request. So he’s like ” oh, oops I forgot”. Are you kidding me? You forgot that I asked for something literally 4 seconds before. Get it together. I won’t be back.

Chicken dry too, service not friendly and they don’t clean the tables after the costumers leave. I have to clean it my self. try La Granja much better way better than pollo tropical. Just my opinion. I

Food was terrible. Ordered half a chicken and it was super dry. Restaurant was filthy and had plates all over, food on the floor, and I couldn’t wait to leave.

I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru line. There is no way to get out once you pull in because they put a curb in to barricade you in.
The girl didn’t get my order the first time I said it so I had to repeat myself. Once I finally got to the window there was only one person handling the drive thru window which was still backed up behind me. I was told it would be a few more minutes because they were waiting for fries.
I was so frustrated and just wanted to get home that I didn’t realize she never gave me my drink (which I paid for) until I was halfway home. The only reason I give three stars is because the food was at least good. Except the sweet plantains were a little too well done for my liking.
I will return but definitely will not use the drive thru.

I have been to a few different locations in Florida and have always enjoyed it. I was really excited when this location opened soon after moving to PSL. However, I was sad to see that they did not offer the Mac and cheese or cornbread soufflé (both of which are amazing at the other locations). I always get the mojo pork which was on point, but the black beans were terrible — I cannot stress this enough. They were just black beans floating in water, no seasoning, nothing, just black, flavorless water, it was so disappointing I won’t even waste my money giving it a second chance.

I will be driving to Stuart to eat Pollo Tropical. This place has the worst service ever. This is my second visit. The first time I ordered I had to go back because the cilantro sauce cups had half of a tea spoon of sauce in stuck to the top of the lid. When I spoke with the person behind counter they were of rude as if they pay for the sauce.
Today the rice was like mush. And they did not include the cilantro sauce and I asked twice. Stuart is the best. This place is a NO for me.

I guess I’m lucky — as both times I’ve gone here it’s been good. There is always a wait but there were 11 cars in line the 2nd time I went and it took over 20 minutes to get thru but do the math — it’s a couple minutes per car! I cannot cook that fast so I will wait. I found the cashiers to be very competent and nice. A Mgr (or owner) even went and got a large container of salsa for me when he heard the cashier tell me (nicely) they were completely out. I always get the whole chicken, black beans and rice plus plantains. (Ask for salsa and mojo «Moho» — excellent on the beans and rice!!!) Pollo never disappoints — in my opinion. I’ll take it any day over other fast food!

Went to this new location at about 11:30 AM. A line was already waiting to eat lunch.
To my dissapointment, no boned chicken or ribs were ready.
I ordered a chicken breast and waffle fries.
Both tasted so dry, I bet they were leftovers from the day before. I couldn’t finish them and ended up tossing them.
I have eaten at other Pollo Tropical sites and have never encountered such incompetence.

Let me start by saying the food is great!!! If you are willing to wait at least an hour for it no exaggeration at all there is usually a lot of people there but even when it’s slow it takes forever to get your food and when when its done there is usually something wrong with the order or at least has been my experience the past 4 times. I could have gone to the one in Stuart and been back as long as it took to get my food. And when I went to the counter to ask what was taking so long my food had been sitting out in bagged or wrapped and they just were about to hand it to me until the person next to me said it has been sitting or for over 10 mins

Screwed up my order both times we have been there. First time they forgot part of our order and last night they gave us a completely wrong order. We didn’t know until we got home. Chicken is very very dry. One good thing, the sauces are very good.

Well, I’ll start with the good part. The food is delicious. This was my third try at online ordering and the process has failed each time. The online part is as easy as it gets to order and pay, but once it is sent to the store, it goes downhill in a hurry from there. The first time the crew seemed confused and the order wasn’t correct. The second time they said they never got the order (hard to believe as you have to pay in advance). The third time, now, the cashier at the drive through said she didn’t know how to look at online orders. After about 15 minutes in the drive through, she sent me to the parking lot to wait, saying they were waiting on the chicken. That was 20 mins ago, and no food, 45 minutes after the scheduled ready time. Ready to give up, and finally, it arrives 15 mins after they closed.

Stopped in the other night, I have not had Pollo since the days of working in West Palm Beach. The night I went in the store was packed but the line move rather quickly. My total wait was about fifteen to twenty minutes. Over all the food I had ordered for take out was very good. I found the Pineapple Rum Salsa… YUMMMMMMY!!! The restaurant was clean for being so busy, you cannot ignore the fact that the place is brand new so it’s not like the place is dripping with grease and filth as another reviewer would try to lead you to believe. Will definitely return.

Was excited to try this place, wasn’t sure what to order. Decided to go with the quesadilla wrap on recommendation from the cashier. I admit, I was sadly disappointed. It was small, not alot of filling, and was kinda hard. Their waffle fries were good, I tried two sauces, the cilantro which I ended up doing anything I could find in it bc it was delicious! The other was a pineapple rum sauce, very good as well. I’d try this place again, just not sure what I’d order… But it would be mainly to taste the sauces one more time!
