I am so happy to live close to this HomeDepot. My daughter was doing a science project for school. I had no idea where to begin when trying to find a device which measures electric volts in fruit. One of the guys who was in the electrical area knew exactly what I needed (a voltmeter) and showed my daughter how to use it. So happy to have knowledgable folks at this HomeDepot.

Don’t get flooring here. They ordered my mom’s tile incorrectly resulting in over 2 weeks in delays. As a result she is unable to move into her house on time and has to pay to store all of her belongings and find somewhere else to stay. They couldn’t tell us when it would actually show up, so the contractor (rightfully so) started another job while we wait. The assistant manager has no interest in offering anything to even attempt to make it right claiming «nothing will make the customer happy», so nothing is what he offered.
We should have known better when they refused to give her the 10% veterans discount because she did not have the right ID.
Go to Lowe’s, it’s right across the street.

I don’t really care for the Home Depot chain anymore. I used to be like a kid in a candy store when walking into their stores. The company has changed them so much and the staff fails to follow through with customer needs on many occasions. (That is coming from my own personal experiences with them.) I only go in when I can’t find something or it is sold out at Lowe’s, most of the time HD doesn’t have it either.

I received the best customer service here the other day. I was greeted nicely, and throughout the store associates were asking me if I needed help. It made the dreaded home depot run a lot better. Thank you for great customer service!
