Haven’t been into a Chili’s for awhile and this location isn’t too bad. We sat high top stools by the bar and was treated with great respect and care considering it was a busy night for them. The nachos were served warm and thin and crunchy, the way it should be and the flavor of the salsa was fresh and chunky.
I had the 6 oz. classic sirloin steak with steamed broccoli. They accept and will serve it rare to you. The piece of the steak was well cooked and juicy. Not much fat so it was just right and the perfect part of the animal. The sauce and seasoning balanced each other out, they were both light and packed with so much flavor, compatible with the steak. They also serve my favorite dessert wine!

Stopped in to get some fajitas. There were flies flying around inside, and kept landing on our table. The menus had a sticky film on them. The water tasted like chlorine. I got the chicken and steak fajitas. There was literally only 4 small slices of chicken, and 5 small slices of steak. The rest was an obscene amount of onion, and 3 slices of bell pepper. The plate of toppings was a disappointment, brown guacamole, a tsp of cheese, and some canned diced tomatoes. I could only make two fajitas with meat and toppings, the other fajita was comprised of just onions. It was a sad sad meal. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Love this Chili’s, the one in PSL is just as good! You can never go wrong with either store. If you sit in the bar you get unlimited cos and salsa. I have to admit, the salsa at Chili’s is actually very good!

We eat at this Chili’s frequently due to its location near the theater. For the last year or so it appears as though they have a serious issue with having competent cooks.
Today’s issue was a 6oz sirloin served rare when medium was ordered. I sent back to the kitchen but it came back still rare. I then cancelled the order as my dining companions were almost done with their meals.
Management and wait staff was apologetic and tried to make it right with more food. I replied that if they could train their cooks to do their job I’d be happy.
Dining for me us a social experience as much as a way to get fuel for my body. When things go wrong in a restaurant setting like this it pretty much ruins the whole dining experience.

I am a Chili’s fan. This specific location was the worst experience I’ve had at a Chili’s! The service was lacking… Our waitress acted like she didn’t even want to be at work (do they forget they work for tips?) and our food took FOREVER! We were here on Wednesday 4÷29÷15. There were only 2 people in our party and the place was not busy AT ALL. We noticed our waitress, Alissa, standing around talking with the other workers while we waited over 30 minutes for two meals. When she caught us looking at her, she finally brought our food without any explanation on the delay. My sister’s Enchiladas were hard and the cheese was burnt on the side of the plate (she had to actually add an extra plate underneath our dishes to carry them out because the plate was too hot. My fries were cold and burger was mediocre. The food had obviously sat in the window for an extreme amount of time. I would have preferred an apology and corrective action but we didn’t get any of that.

It’s alright! Not a bad place to go. But on a Saturday night our dinner took a total of 2 ½ hours with four people. The wait was long to get in and the wait for our food was long.

Horrible service took 15 mins for anyone to acknowledge we were there. ordered an appetizer of the Texas cheese fries they came severely over cooked and nasty. went to counter to tell waitress and she was like I’m busy what do u want… at this point I was done. asked for a manager told him about horrible service and food an he wasn’t very helpful. most likely won’t return to this location. Dont waste your time coming here go accross the street to Duffy’s they are much better. Check out my review for them.
