This was our 2nd visit to Cornerstone, we had an eventful first visit but decided to give it another try. So glad we did! I had the tuna stack, a picture of which I’ll include here, which was amazing, and the perfect size dinner portion even though it’s an appetizer. And so pretty! Our service was great, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting.

The décor is as good as it gets. The hostess group up front should be replaced or trained properly. The food is fabulous, but the best part of the evening was our waitress, Dana! We got there at 5:20pm for the prix fixe meal and was told we would have to wait for them to set up table. No reservations allowed for this special as we were a party of three. An 81 year old woman with walker waited 15 minutes standing at front desk for them to Set another table even though 90% of the tables were empty. No apologies, no explanation. Even after dinner at 7pm. 50% of tables were still empty. Conclusion: if you order the prix fixe meal you were made to feel like second rate customer. Four Stars for the restaurant, 5 stars for the Food, 1 star for front desk, 6 stars for the waitress

I was really excited to try this place since I live close by. The service was awesome and the atmosphere was great as well. However, the food was not worth the price and had very little taste. I could have made a better meal at home. I don’t mind spending the money when the food is worth it, but in my opinion this left something to be desired. Next time I will save my money and go to hogsnappers! If you’re looking for a place similar to this; I would suggest District Table!

Great atmosphere. Very clean and thoughtfully decorated. The service was excellent. Sat at the bar for dinner. Great set up and conversation. The bartender, Meghan, was very attentive. Ordered Tuna Stack and Buffalo Mozzarella. The Tuna Stack was amazing. Both in appearance and taste. A bit awkward to eat but, once you dive in it works itself out. The Buffalo Mozzarella was good. A bit too much on the seasoning. Would have preferred less spice and a more cleaner olive oil and balsamic. Not keen on the Gorgonzola beans that were hidden underneath but, to each their own! Overall, my experience was great! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Ok… just left there. Called ahead to see if reservations were needed and how late are they open. No reservation…10:00pm. Arrived at 9:05 and stood at the counter waiting for a hostess. 9:12 waiter comes in from outside. Party of 2? We Wait again. He returns 9:15 «Sorry, our kitchen has already closed». Keep it closed; we will not be coming back.

Great service, lacklustre food, dates wrapped in bacon? Really? We make those for football games. Chopped salad that was tasteless. Mediocre entrees. If you want to be a high end place you better step it up. Very disappointed.

My dad dragged me here, despite my protests re: lackluster Unilocal reviews. What a surprise! Food was great. Service was excellent. Polite and accommodating. Got there at 5 for the dinner special. Start to finish, my dining experience was entirely pleasant. Don’t be daunted by the poor reviews from years past; I think it’s recently reopened after being closed for a bit.

I found the food at Cornerstone to be of low quality(i.e. Olive Garden) and very overpriced. Soup was watered down and the main course lacked in taste. Desserts were prepackaged factory made. Most of the customers were senior citizens and the music was like a 1980’s porno style. The only thing I can say that was remotely good about this pseudo-restaurant was the service. But from the amount of 6 customers in the entire place, it gave the waiter plenty of time to focus on us.

Has an elegant comfortable décor with plenty of natural light coming in. there’s glass around were the chef are cooking in case you want to watch. We got there for 5 p.m. they weren’t quite ready, still cleaning but, had us seated within 15 minutes. Our waiter was great, very friendly, helpful and funny. We were a table of seven. There is an early bird special $ 17.95 for a drink(beer, wine or soda) soup or salad, a choice of 10 main dishes with good choice & dessert. I had macadamia nut crusted grouper it was bland taste though. also had the crab chowder it was really good. didn’t like the desert cheesecake mix with cannoli. husband had the key lime for dessert said it was delicious. my parents had the filet and the salmon cakes both said they were delicious. they do seem to get backed up when it gets busy in there. they close on june 30th for 3 months.

Do not and I repeat do not go here for a holiday meal. Unfortunately, we recently experienced Easter«dinner» at Cornerstone. Pleasantly surprised as we drove into parking area. Lovely setting. We had a 3 pm seating on this past Easter sunday. There were 10 of us and restaurant graciously put us in a small private dining room. That was end of special consideration. First, our waitstaff was lovely and very responsive. Drink order was a while in being delivered but busy dining room. Waiter delivered 10×10 plates and basically urged us to go get em. Ugh. We stupidly thought that meant go get apps. Nope. Small omelet station with run of the mill condiments — at 4 pm? Tons of people lined up for what we thought were apps — soggy shrimp, salad, some ungodly looking whole fish people were cutting into, crackers and cheese. Then, on the bar was the«food.» mystery meat supposedly turkey and beef, some veggies and that was it. «dinner» included app, entrée and dessert. After rummaging about to get something albeit poorly prepared, dessert was served. Carrot cake was acceptable and from a freezer somewhere, frozen cheesecake which by the way was not intended to be frozen, or a one inch slice of pecan pie all of which were served on plates larger than«dinner» plates. All had one drink whether it be alcoholic or not and tax and tip: $ 38 each. Normally not a lot for a holiday meal, but in this case, poorly priced for an even more poorly prepared meal. Only shining element was the nice setting and gracious staff. Will not return. Yuk
