Ellen Sines, the owner takes your payroll funds and keeps them for herself. She claims she has made tax deposits with the money she has drafted from your bank account and does not. She avoids phone calls and walk in visits when you try to confront her about what she is doing. She does not make the payroll tax deposits as she states she will. You are ultimately responsible for the taxes that are supposed to be paid so there is nothing that can be done. This is not someone you want representing you in front of the IRS, Check her Better Business Bureau Rating. If she were innocent she would respond to these accusations. Her company has judgments against her for her fraudulent activity.

Hired in April to do my simple tax return. In August I get an email stating they lost my documents and to please resend. End of Sept I get my finalized tax return with money due. Paid in full and get a letter from the IRS with a late penalty charge of $ 1058. She never once mentioned on the 10 plus phone calls to her that I needed to send in an estimated tax amount. When asked to look into it she said she would. One week, two weeks nothing. All I get from Ellen Sines are excuses and flat out lies. Customers beware. Filing a complaint with the IRS. Stay far far away…
