Everything bagel & deli

Well Everything Bagel is now Mel’s Café and what was going to be a Bagel lox and cream cheese fix for my craving turned out to be a spinach and feta omelet with hash browns and a pancake. I gave it four stars instead of 5 solely because of my disappointment that they didn’t have any bagels lox or cream cheese but the staff was very nice the music was decent and the food was too — enjoy !

Awesome place! Great food wonderful staff! They cater btw. Homemade type food. My moms new to the area and she found this place, took me and I loved it

Just happened to stop here this morning with my daughter. We enjoyed a great breakfast on soft, fresh bagels… which is often difficult to find. I had a fantastic bacon egg and cheese and I’ll go back for sure!

This was our first time to this deli which is Italian and not a Jewish delicatessen as we saw no Corned Beef or Pastrami.
I ordered a pumpernickel bagel lightly toasted with a smear of cream cheese on the side. I got it slathered lightly on my bagel. My husband ordered 2 eggs sunny side up and it came with home potatoes and nothing else for $ 5.00. No bagel and the home fries were very small.
This place needed serious cleaning. One of the wall coolers had something brown that had leaked down the whole back wall. Trash was on the floor, there was dried milk or cream running down the trash that was installed in the face of a cabinet front.
On the way out of the bathroom, there was a small slop sink with a small bucket underneath the pipes. The bucket was full of more brown crud — not appetite stimulating to say the least.
What does this place need? To be bought out by a New York Jew. This place would make a great mom and pop Jewish delicatessen.
We won’t be patronizing this place again UNLESS it becomes a Jewish deli, which this town so desperately needs, and NO, I’m not Jewish, I’m a Shiksa.

My daughter and I stopped for lunch and the food was awful, even the pickle was bad! While we were there 2 guys were picking up muffins without gloves or a napkin, glad we didn’t get a muffin! Would not come back.
