This place including the owner or I am not sure if it was an employee made my time in Port Townsend feel even more magical than the town already is. I bought a beautiful pink agate necklace on a nice strong piece of hyde. Such a charming and clean atmosphere. They had great Christmas music playing and well everything in the store has a special quality. I highly recommend stopping by and experiencing the bounty here.

I love this shop. It was totally my style: beachy, modern, bright, cheerful, and fun. They had so many great treasures and I wanted to buy everything. I appreciated that they have something for everyone, even if ‘beachy’ isn’t your style. A great shop to peruse and pick up something special from adorable Port Townsend. Can’t wait till I own my own home and have more room to decorate. I’ll be back here!

This place made me feel like I was back in Cape Cod for an hour! Beautiful home made candles, beach inspired textiles and décor, and most importantly incredibly friendly and welcoming staff/owners. I could’ve spent thousands in there, but even though I didn’t, I had a great time looking around and appreciating all of the thought and effort that goes into that store.

First off, based on a previous review I read here I want to make it clear that I am real person, not a PR firm writing this review. I was in Port Townsend for one night, staying at the hotel in the same building as this shop. After a walk up and down Water St., I came to the conclusion that this is the most chic store in town with fantastic service. I do not have a house that I can deck out in coastal décor, but they have many affordable items that can will fit in with any style. So glad I stopped in and will think of them for gifts in the future.

Yet another update… the service at Conservatory Coastal continues to be fantastic. I stopped by the store during the 2014 Film Festival with an idea for the«hook» in my California home.(See previous review.) Our PT home has a wonderful glass vase hanging over the bathtub and I thought it might be fun to echo this décor in California with a couple of smaller glass bulbs suspended from the aforementioned«hook» Susan helped me pick out three glass bulbs. Rather like glass buoys, they contain airplanes or miniature crows. But how to transport these fragile objects? Ah… Conservatory Coastal packs and ships, not to worry. And so it was on a sunny California day that the package arrived in perfect shape. Three California crows in nearby trees greeted Ray, the UPS driver as he made the delivery. And three little glass vials now sit near the windowsill overlooking the great outdoors. Perfect. Thanks, CCH! I appreciate your customer service, and of course, the quality of your unique merchandise. See you again soon. Maybe for some serious holiday shopping! We’ll see.

We went to this shop after reading reviews on TripAdvisor and Unilocal.I was very curious about the air plants. The owner is very nice and helpful and informative. She was sold out of airplants: o((She has very unique items in her shop. If it had been in the budget there were a couple of pieces of jewelry I would have purchased. Her prices were not cheap and not terribly expensive, just right in the middle. Probably won’t go there again unless I call and she has airplants.

I was on a weekend vacation and stopped in here based on their really cool window display. I got lost looking at everything — it was curated really well and had a few things Ive never seen before(who doesnt need placemats made from old maps?). I couldve spent a $ 100 but spent $ 20 on a metallic silver fish for my wall(isn’t antlers getting old?). I will definitely shop here again. Also, the staff was super nice.

Reading the first review of this place, I must stay, it sounds like a PR firm or a friend wrote it, and its totally biased. I like the IDEA of the store. If I could I would totally do my home all Coastal/Chic, but I have the husband who isn’t all into that, so sucks for me. Walking down Water Street, I saw this establishment and knew that it was a total tourist trap, so much so, I had no desire to go in. My husband, not realizing exactly what it was wanted to go in. I will say that the layout is pretty cool. I spotted candles. I am a total candle junkie. But, for the size of the candle(around 7 oz) and 26.00 a candle, sorry, I will totally pass. Everything was overpriced, unless you have money or don’t mind the prices.
