Mail Plus

This is a great business. Reliable, very personal and quite efficient. PT is a small town so you can’t get away with poor service for long. I love this place and am happy it’s there!

This place is awesome. I have not had to send huge packages, but the little bit of ebay stuff I sell always gets mailed through here. They are extremely courteous and fun to talk to. I really enjoy coming here to get my packages ready to ship. They also have email and fax services but I have not used those. Thanks you guys for being so awesome! I love feeling like my packages are in good hands.

I agree with Jess P. This is a very reputable and reliable business. I have done business with them for years. Gordon has always gone the extra mile for me and takes great care to make sure everything is right. One time I went in for a passport photo and he redid it when he saw that the picture didn’t look very flattering. This is the kind of business it is. I’m sure if something was wrong (referring to the bad review) he would make it right. This is a great small business!

This is the ONLY store in the Port Townsend area to use when shipping ANYTHING important! First of all, Gordon is one of the most caring and conscientious owner/​operators of ANY business I have ever used for my postal/​business needs. The woman who left a bad review should seriously consider putting down the crack pipe and paying attention to her charges! I have used Mail Plus for more than 8 years and have never once had a problem. I can’t say that about the local UPS store or the local post office.
In addition, I have been at Mail Plus when the line was all the way out the door (after Thanksgiving madness!) and every single one of us were treated like we were the only one there: professionally, efficiently and courteously. They even served us hot cider and cookies while we were waiting! YUMMY!
In conclusion, you can either take Big Mama’s word for it ;-) because I have years and years of experience with Mail Plus or you can listen to the ramblings of someone who obviously had only utilized these services once and who had no idea how to fill out a shipping receipt. Your call ;-)

Unbelievable rip off! I paid for and sent two fedex packages through this «business» yesterday. Today, the central fedex office (an hour’s drive away) called me to tell me that the packages had not been paid for and therefore are being held until I come in in person to pay for them. I called Mail Plus only to be told that they couldn’t do anything about it. I paid them for absolutely zero service. I think that’s called fraud. Do not use this shop. I think they want to steal from you too. I have to drive an hour and pay a second time for two Christmas packages.
