I loved my experience at The Printery. I needed help in a rush, and I called. A fellow made an instant appointment for me, and in I went. Our meeting went well, and the finished product could not have been better. Impressed that this service is in Port Townsend.

There is a reason why this company is still standing after 40 years. Extreme genuine service and quality have premiered them. Printery Communications is one of the most valued print and marketing companies here in Washington and on the West Coast. Everything they strive upon is ahead of the industry and I coud’nt have more trust in the product they deliver. I would’nt think twice about where I go for my business solutions.

Good finished product, but the customer service was really horrible. I was quickly dismissed with my questions and was made to feel like they had something better to do. I wouldn’t go back and would rather go somewhere else, even drive a ways or maybe order online in order to be treated well by someone who cared about their customers.
