Kurt fixed our computers a couple of times while we lived in Port Townsend. My husband and I ran two small businesses from our home, and when our computers weren’t working business ground to a halt. Kurt was our computer rockstar! His responses were timely, courteous and always professional. He recovered data for us, backed up our machines, fixed various bugs and at one point, helped us transition to new machines.
We loved the fact that he came to our home, instead of us having to lug the computers to him, and his advice was always spot on when we called him about a bug. Basically, he just became our external tech support team for the whole 8 years we lived there.
He is extremely knowledgeable, patient with computer newbies, and able to explain the issue and potential resolution without resorting to «Geek Speak» so that a non-techie person can understand him.
Highly recommended!
