While the place was very clean, staff was nice, and it was quiet there, my permanent french started lifting off the sides after 5 days! For the $ 36 I paid for a fill-in, I expect it to last the two weeks, not to look like crap less than a week in.

I actually like this place. The prices aren’t too bad and it’s never overflowing with people. They do good manicures and pedicures. Better than most with attention to at least 5 minute massage on each leg. I’ve gone to a fair share that just rub lotion on you and nothing after for the same price. Their gel manicure is $ 25 which is reasonable as well. I have not tried their waxing or other services but would consider. Everyone in the shop is nice to me and their service was professional. I’ll keep coming back!

Just had a pedicure with a young male employee. I had $ 15 left on my gift card and paid an extra $ 5 for their pedicure. The first 5 minutes was spent trying to encourage me to buy into a more expensive pedicure and fortunately I said no. The best part of the pedicure is the massage and I left more stressed than when I came in. He spent most of this time chatting away with the other employees and never focused on the massage at all. He spent most of the time just softly rubbing my calf and paid little attention to my feet. It was a big disappointment

I’ve been coming here for a quite a while only because it’s so close to me. After my experience yesterday I definitely will not be coming back. I ended up getting a gel color that she convinced me to get and when I told her I didn’t like it she wanted to charge me to change the color!!! Unbelievable. They have no customer service skills. And on top of that she doesn’t listen when I tell her what shape I would like, and they don’t clean the cuticles. Overall definitely not worth the prices that they charge. I would definitely not recommend.

Bright, quiet and relaxing. I like how they offer a free 10 min foot massage with each pedicure. Ling, Coco and Kevin are quite good. But, they do not honor your appointments. They’ll take them, but you have to advocate for yourself when you get there if they are busy, and they can’t always offer what you asked for(I.e., a mani/pedi at the same time — with two people — for those of us who have limited time due to, say, kids at home and no one to watch them for long!).

I go to Ling here and she always does the best job. I get my gel fills done by her and they always turn out flawless. She does a quick but neat job every time and she actually puts an effort into the back massage at the end. The staff here has always been friendly and they always offer me tea. Had it once and it tasted like peanuts :/haha. There usually isn’t a terrible wait and I have never had to make an appointment. As long as I’m still in town here this will be my nail place.

–They do not use cuticle oil –asked for hardener claimed that base coat was hardener –talked about me saying if i was a girl or a boy –kept being rude –talked about clients weight –do not clean tools and colors –don’t even have essie’s mint candy apple –said my friends feet are nasty and merd to be cut. Why is she coming to a nail salon? –would give zero stars if i could –do not come many mad customers –they said that my friend has man feet –it takes over 2 hours to get a manicure and pedicure –my friend asked for them not to cut the cuticle and when she wasn’t looking they would cut them –the nail polish bottle has parts of the cut of the cuticle in the bottle(there will be a pic of it) –WARNINGDONOTCOMEHERE! –trash everywhere Don’t come here unless you want your self esteem to offended and some unprofessional nails.
