I was recommended to come here for jewlery cleaning. I was greeted promptly and was told that my ring can be clean immediately. He did a great job! I had a great first experience and look forward to coming back in the near future.

Did a beautiful repair on my Movado watch and did expert job on two bracelets I needed shortened.
Friendly and efficient service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs expert handling if expensive pieces.

This is an overly priced rip off joint. I took my watch to simply have the band replaced. After two weeks I was informed that it was ready. The cost of the replacement band came to $ 190. Having shopped at this location previously I assumed they were giving me a fair price for a high-​quality product. Upon returning home I researched the brand name of the product and discovered it retailed for $ 25. I returned to the store promptly and informed the manager of my displeasure at having paid 400% over the retail value of the band. The manager then offered me $ 95 in an effort to appease my displeasure. I informed him that I found the same watchband online for $ 25 and was not happy to have paid this much still in excess. He mentioned that the watch band required installation. Needless to say I will not be making any further purchases at this establishment.

Beautiful selection of jewelry — much of it designed and manufactured on site — and both jewelry and non-​jewelry gift items in a wide range of prices. Superb custom work, and excellent bench work, too, needless to say. Although none of the work I had done was particularly unusual or ornate, it was probably a bit more pricey than I had imagined it would be or should be, but the quality of the workmanship was excellent and in the end I was not disappointed with the outcome or the price.
