Came here around lunchtime on a weekday to get some info about possibly switching my carrier to T-Mobile. The store was empty besides the one customer who was being helped by the sales associate. She did not acknowledge me, even when I was standing besides her, waiting to be helped. No «I’ll be right with you», or even a «hello». I stood there awkwardly for about ten minutes without so much as a glance, then left the store. I’ll stick with Sprint, who actually cares about their customers.
