I have not used this Amtrak station for travel or anything Amtrak related and only for the yearly attraction of the cp holiday train extravaganza.
Once again like the Milwaukee station the day before it was a mad house of people. There was grilled food and a donation drive going on. The holiday train pulled in and a band set up and started playing music.
As always this is a total family event with many family’s brining children for this family friendly event. Parking is always a mess around these events.
I am indifferent to the the Canadian Pacific railroad but I really respect that they run this yearly holiday train at no charge to the community’s in Canada and the US so the people who enjoy this kind of event at this time of the year have a cool event to attend with the family.
