Dairy Queen

This place is dreadful. Everytime I go there they are rude and take forever to make a simple ice cream cone. Today was the last straw. The girl today just glared at us while we looked at the menu. No hi. Nothing. Then we waited for our ice cream and it took at least 15 minutes. She brought them out one by one and literally plopped them down on the table. When the last one was finally brought out, she half ass said thanks for waiting. Other times, they spend more time gossiping about how much they hate their manager than taking orders. They also have their friends come in who look like real winners (not) and just talk about nonsense the entire time. Meanwhile, customers are waiting and the staff could care less. Such an awful excuse for a Dairy Queen. The only reason I had continued to go was because I love Dairy Queen and it’s close by. Not anymore, because if I did I may end up telling them like is. They need to either fire their staff and hire people with manners and brains, or send them to a customer service seminar because quite frankly they are poor excuses for staff working in the customer service business.
