A year ago, I would have unknowingly given this company five stars. They came out and closed the pool, put on the cover, came back out to fix the cover when it blew off, and even offered to help us learn how to care for the pool and open and close it ourselves. Well, that never happened. And the pool opening this year was a joke. The cover was held down by water filled milk jugs, which was fine until they left them all over my yard after opening the pool. They shoved the cover under our deck, broke one of the filter pieces, so we had to replace it, said they changed out the filter(which they couldn’t have because it was still sitting in my garage) and left debris all over the bottom of the pool. They blamed us for not having the proper vacuum equipment(hello, that’s part of the reason we hired you). Shouldn’t a pool service company have their own equipment? The pool was a nice green color even after we paid them to clean it and open it. They told me that we have to keep it clean all the time, not just when we swim in it. We should have done a better job closing it, to which I informed her that Heritage were the ones who did the closing from the previous year. I reached out to them to come back and complete the job, but instead received nasty replies from who I can only assume was their receptionist, who made multiple empty promises(including reimbursement that never happened), sent me snide little comments in her communications and eventually just stopped responding to my emails and calls altogether. After the total lack of respect and a piss poor job of opening the pool, we will be going with a different company to close it this year and next year will learn to just open and close the thing ourselves. My recommendation is to take your pool needs elsewhere if you want the job done right.

David Gesmond and crew did an OK job installing our new liner, seemed nice enough, never showed up when they said they would then unexpectedly arrived with liner at inconvenient time to install. The next season, sold us a «gently used» heater, turned out to be a piece of junk we payed way too much for. Arranged to close pool, never showed, BS excuse after BS excuse. Heater wouldn’t light. bought in August, winterized, then wouldn’t light in May. Lied repeatedly about coming out to fix it until he finally stopped returning my calls. Be very wary. If he needs the money, he’ll take your work. But then finish it at HIS leisure. If at all. Very disappointed.
