Terrible food and service. The tables were dirty. There were flies in the bathroom and also the dining area. The fries we ordered were inedible and the saddest fries I’ve ever seen. The seasonal vegetable side was one cup of tiny green beans. We didn’t get silverware until the end of the meal. All in all, a real disappointment.

This place was pretty awesome!!! Cool décor. We ate underneath a car. My kids loved it. Food was good too. Kids meals served in cardboard cars. Balloon animal lady came around and made my youngest a dog on a leash. Pretty cool! Staff was friendly.
We had a great experience and look forward to coming back.

This place has some serious management/​ownership problems. Disorganized and messy. They weren’t ready for the WARM weather for outside seating. Tables and chairs weren’t wiped down and many were broken. Men’s bathroom was a mess! You wouldn’t expect that from a chain. Read the other reviews., I’m seeing a pattern here. Food was just ok, service was ok. But I won’t be back.

Stopped with the kids on the way through. The concept is awesome and the place is interesting, service on the other hand was slow… May try again on our next teip througg because their wings where delicious…

The interior, cars and motorcycles are very cool… and they are the ONLY reason for going there. Otherwise, the service was absolutely horrible and the food was barely acceptable. Go there with very low expectations.

I’ve been to this location twice and have to say that I was hoping for better, but at the same time, I’m OK with it if they’re OK with it as average. The main reason to come here is for the wings. I’m from the area where the original Quaker Steak & Lube location is. I even remember its original building (some 35 years ago). This has many of the good elements of the Sharon location. The wings here and the variety of flavors — that’s why you should visit.
The menu has evolved into a very large offering. That’s also a positive. So if someone doesn’t want wings, there are lots of other choices. The decorations are great. It was an original idea decades ago, and so it’s not so much anymore, but it’s still quite a spectacle, and I love it.
The down side is that this location has a real lack of excitement, but more importantly, lackadaisical if friendly service. The upkeep is sloppy as well; lots of dirty, uncleared (unsightly) tables. The floors are not clean, and the staff are not briskly working. We walked into the restaurant and there was terribly strong odor of bleach. Someone had dumped a bucket, clearly, right at the front entrance. When we left an hour and a half later, there was still a puddle of the bleach. Very unappealing.
I hope the location learns to improve itself. At least they cook well.

I came here for lunch on my first visit and I must say I really enjoyed my meal. I love places that offer different variety of flavors for your wings. Over the years, I’ve always ordered saucy wings until I came here and saw they have dry rubs as well. My favorite flavor here is the Dusted Chipotle BBQ. You talking about something that’s pleasing to the tongue. It’s a Chipotle dry spice with a sweet BBQ finish: SO DELISH! I love the fact that they put enough on your wings that you can really enjoy them. Can’t wait to go back!

Terrible! I ordered a blackened fajita chicken salad right from the menu and they served it to me with NO CHICKEN! I had to ask about it and she went back to kitchen to ask. They just forgot. Are you kidding me? Another person at my table ordered the shrimp basket. It was served with no fries nor coleslaw and the menu said it came with that. My spouse ordered chicken wings with veggies and blue cheese… only the wings were served. Food was bland, frozen, heated up and thrown together. They also had no iced tea. Told us they ran out of iced tea. What restaurant runs out of iced tea??? This place was a joke!

Loaded fry sampler was pretty good. Only giving this place four stars because our waitress tabitha was the best part of coming here. Very courteous and great at her job. Hope to have her as our waitress next time we return.

The seats in the booths are all ripped up and dirty looking. To me this is a Sanitary issue and I have eaten there before and never had this problem there before !! This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE when it comes to a restaurant that is that popular !!!
I am passing the word around about this and am not going back until they fix this problem there

Getting a two star just because the wings were decent.
Came in, they seated us at a table. We asked for a booth and the hostess was annoyed. Sat us at a booth that had a hole in the seat.
Ordered apps. They came with onions, when we ordered without. Okay. Sent it back. Came back again with onions. Changed it to mozzarella sticks. Those were fine but came out with our dinner.
Dinner came with scallions on my fries when I ordered them off. I just picked them off. My mother’s burger bun was hard and had no bacon on her bacon cheeseburger and also not the cheese she wanted. She sent them back, and asked for fresh fries. The fries came back refried instead of new. She sent them back again. The burger was also cooked well instead of medium as requested. When we asked why she would bring fries like that out she said «well that’s what they gave me.»
When the fries came out again, they had out fresh fries on top of all of the old ones. Like really?
We asked for the manager repeatedly and she never came.
Don’t come here. Again, my wings and fries were fine but you can get same/​better quality at BDubs and not have to deal with this ridiculousness.

My husband and I went there last night for Maddie grad. Our waiter was super sweet and gave us great service! The price on their endless wing night is pretty fair, though they do charge for a cup of ranch dressing. My only wish would be that they maybe have sections for people with or without kids? I understand that when going to a place like that there would be children, but we were seated next to two families with loud children and it was really unpleasant.

Broccoli frozen salt shaker top wasn’t screwed on. Bathroom smells like they piss straight on the floor not in the urinal. Typical Indiana twenty somethings hitting on my waitress making her clearly uncomfortable. Steak was overlooked but I’m good with it. I order medium rare with hopes of medium or medium rare. The manager of this place might take a serious look at the condition of his/​her establishment. I know this sounds like a bad review however it doesn’t have to be. It wouldn’t take much to right the ship and make it great. Waitress was nice. Oh and my garlic bread had no garlic.

It’s been over an hour and I’m still waiting for my food. They were also out of the first two beers I ordered. It took about 30 minutes just to get water. I don’t understand how this place is in business.
When my mom mentioned something to the hostess she had to wait a while for the manager. The manger came over and said she was «a little busy» and couldn’t talk to my mom at the time.

We came here because of their reputation of good food. Wings were on the smaller size but the breading was good. Sauces were good too. My in-​laws both ordered burgers. They were big and descent.
Service however made everything a terrible experience. My mother-​in-​law asked for coffee but had to wait about 15 min for cream and sugar. We then waited 40 min for our food. My father-​in-​law asked for hot sauce and the waitress literally brought it when he was done eating. The last straw was we never got refills for our water and had to get the manager to bring us our check. We got there at 8:20 and didn’t leave till 10:05. The restaurant was empty. Only one or two families there with us. The manager did take care of our bill but I would never go there again. I’ll stick with Buffalo Wild Wings.

We ordered wings, guacamole w/​chips, potatoe soup & fried shrimp appetizers. Everything was great except for the soup, had to send it back. It tasted like the can it was in!

I wish I would have read the reviews. It has a descent reputation around the country being a good stop and a descent chain to eat at. Has cars up on racks and bikes too. But pulling up to this place, it looks run down and dirty. That should have been my first clue to get away. It is dirty inside and has a scent that isn’t all that pleasant.
I wanted wings and they have a special on breaded wings. I had two orders and picked the Parmesan pepper and then the original bbq. Not impressed with it at all. Just your typical «I’m different» bbq sauce that was not good. The Parmesan Pepper sauce had potential, but fell way short of my expectations.
The person I was with ordered the Pulled Pork Sliders. It was a 3 pack. After working hard on not gagging, and choking down 2 of them out of survival skills to eat to avoid dying, I thought for sure they were kidding. I mean, how do you mess up pulled pork? I decided to grab a piece off the 3^rd sandwich, and sure enough, was not good at all. Mostly a fat chunk with a small string of meat attached.
This place isn’t going to be in business long, unless they do a complete overhaul on the menu, or purchase food from different suppliers.

So ya. Not impressed. I ordered the steak, wedge salad, baked potato. My son ordered burger, fries and root beer. Hubby ordered the turkey wrap. Waitress informs us they are out of baked potatoes and root beer. Ok. So I change it to fries and lemonade. Waiting waiting waiting. Finally she comes with my steak and the burger. I ask about the salad and she says «oh, just found out we are out of salads and turkey.» Awesome so now my husband gets to find something else and not eat when we eat.
I ordered the steak medium. It was well done and disgusting.
Also, no paper towels in the bathrooms despite asking twice for some.
Never coming again!

Our family loves chicken wings, but this place is horrible. Menu said «fresh jalepeno» and they brought ones from a jar. Chopped salad said bacon chunks, red onion, and egg, and the salad was delivered with none of those. The restaurant was very dirty and the bathrooms were so awful that my 13 year old begged to go across the street to Starbucks.
Our server was talking with the rest of the servers and laughing and staring at our family when we asked about the food being different than the menu.
Never again. Quaker Steak and Lube should be ashamed.

Haven’t been here in a couple years, kids like the race cars so we thought we’d give a try.
Service: truly no issues — the waitress was friendly and fast. She left us alone and didn’t annoy or bother us beyond filling our drinks and whatnot. No real complaints here.
Food: not horrible. I had a Mac & Cheese Burger, it was somewhat bland but part of that is my fault as I opted for no Pepper Jack cheese. It was cooked well, wasn’t overly greasy or gross looking. Wife had boneless wings and enjoyed them as well.
Cleanliness: HERE was my issue… Place just didn’t feel very clean. We were seated at a table with a bunch of stomped on fries on the floor beneath it, probably from the kids that were there prior. Seriously? Clean up between guests… I’m grossed out by restaurants with carpet anyhow, the carpet in this place just felt nasty and not well maintained. Overall the whole restaurant doesn’t seem as well-​maintained as when it first opened. It didn’t feel like a health department emergency, just doesn’t seem like the same effort is put into upkeep as it should.
I may or may not be back, not something I’ll go out of my way for anytime soon, but might try if options are thin.
