They were hired to handle water damage and do remodeling. They damaged literally EVERYTHING they put in. They broke or scratched all of my personal belongings. We are finding new things daily that are missing or broken, and damages they caused during construction. In regards to their work, they had power tools on the new wood flooring, scratching it up entirely. My new cabinets and countertops got the same treatment. It’s ALL scratched and dented from their crew. They even scratched the marble in the bathroom and the new tub they put in by putting their tools all over the new surfaces. The wood flooring creaks because it was installed wrong, the drywall is buckling everywhere, and they brought mold contaminated items back into the home after lying about cleaning them. He lied about being licensed in Portage, and lied about obtaining permits. We checked with the city and they have never heard of him or his company. Do not trust this company!!!

Awful. If their employees Arielle and Brandon ran this company it would be AMAZING AND UNSTOPPABLE! But Doug is hostile and threatening and along with Enos, they make excuses for all their mistakes. After causing tens of thousands of dollars in damage all they did was become hostile and wouldn’t even just apologize for all they had destroyed! Did nothing correct and the whole job needs to be done again due to poor installation. The floors are not what was agreed to and our personal property that was in the home was destroyed or is now missing. Tools and hardware in the garage was stolen and even a trash can. it;s like.
