Have had several isssues here but the last one will be the final one. We had a flat tire so the vehicle was taken to the tire shop and after they replaced the tire they just threw the donut in the back of the van instead of putting back underneath where it belongs. Also they told us we had a bad sensor, so they replaced. A week later it went bad. So they replaced it, the next one went bad. So I asked if I could just have the money back to get it somewhere else and they told me the sensor wasn’t the problem it was the fact that I owned a Dodge was the problem. We will just take our business elsewhere.

This place is absolutely fantastic for service and friendliness. The front man is so nice and honest and eager to please while making you feel welcome. He will chat with you your entire stay if you want and is always cracking jokes and being funny. He’s very honest and will do his best to work out any problem you have and fix it if his shop can. The parking is crazy because of the small streets of Portage and how busy they usually are. As I said in my tip, call ahead to confirm your tires are in to make sure your experience is a quick and easy one.

The Tire Shop has been the main place I buy my tires for years. It gets very busy pretty much every day, so my advice is to try to get there early. It’s also a good idea to call ahead and make sure they have your tire size in stock, especially if you’re like me and keep your cars for a long time. The older the car, the less chance a shop will have the tire size in stock. The Tire Shop has also been able to fix tires that other shops have told me were unfix-able. The Tire shop has great prices and does a good job of getting you out the door and on your way, even when it is busy.
