This is the worst bank. The employees at this branch actually debited money from my account without my knowledge or consent and have refused to reverse it. There is no customer service and now I have found out that the employees at this branch steal money from their customers. NEVER USE THIS BANK FOR ANYTHING!!!

Unreturned phone calls and full voice mail boxes are part of the problem of why this bank is poorly managed. Customer service is not that someone greets you at the door but works hard for the customer. Avoid this bank as they have little interest in you the customer and more how they can add more fees for service.

Received some of the worst customer service from the managers at this specific branch. They are always aggressively up-​selling you and questioning your transactions. Only reason I bank with them is because it was free checking 5 years ago with a $ 100 sign-​up and they are so close to me.
