Ozzie has been our home tech professional for years. I can always depend on him to get things working right. He has installed Tvs, our Sonos system, universal remotes, got our wifi working better, set up Apple TV, and any other tech issues in the house. We will continue to use his service as needed. He ordered the Samsung 60″ Plasma TV I picked out and got it for a cost that matched the best price found online and installed it beautifully with no wires visible. He drilled opened up the walls and then patched them up after. He also helped me understand the great value presented by the Sonos system as an affordable high quality sound system and installed it in three rooms, including mounting the playbar, and two rear speakers on walls. He programmed everything and it works great. The best part of the service is that Ozzie consulted on all the purchases and helped to choose the hardware, then acquired everything, showed up at my place and installed it all, then provided follow up help on a few occasions (when the power went out and things needed resetting) all for $ 500 labor. He truly provided a turnkey service with at a very high level. I would recommend.

He explained the camera system he would install, the work it entailed, the time it would take, etc. One of his clients gave him permission to show how the video looks on a smart phone so I knew what I would be getting. The video quality on the phone was outstanding and it turned out to be equally outstanding once installed in my home, excellent pictures even at night. Ozzie helped me get access to the live feed on all my phones, tablets, etc. as well as on my kids’ phones. He and his helper were prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and the work was completed within a few hours. The day Ozzie installed the surveillance cameras was the first day I felt safe in a long time. Ozzie was patient and thorough when he showed me how to operate the system.
